5. Receives the Order Id and the pickup code Seller confirms the Order ID with the customer and processes the order
Note- All orders once placed cannot be cancelled or returned.

6. Handing over the product to the customer -
Generate your own invoice
(Both original and carbon copy)
Handover the product to the
customer with the original invoice
Get the customer’s signature on
the carbon copy of the invoice
Note: 1. For reconciling the order, you need to add the Paytm Mall Order ID in your system against your invoice number
2. If it is an electronic product, please ensure that you have mentioned its IMEI/Serial Number on the invoice
3.The Order will be marked as ‘Delivered’ by Paytm Mall team

7. There are two ways to check the pickup code -
Via Push Notification Via Paytm Mall App

The customer will receive the
Push notification on the Paytm
Mall App along with the Order ID
and Pickup Code
Note: Please ensure that you have enabled the Paytm Mall Push notification feature.

period to avoid delays.

via Paytm Wallet
In case the customer wants to
pay through some other mode of
payment, or doesn’t have the
sufficient balance in his/her
Paytm Wallet, he/she can choose
from these payment options:
• Credit card
• Debit card
• Net Banking
• UPI

Once the customer receives the order summary, the merchant has to raise the invoice for the complete
amount and mention the Order Number on the invoice
