This document provides instructions for local commerce sellers on Paytm Mall to process single orders from confirmation to delivery. It outlines the four main stages: 1) Confirm and Pack, 2) Request Pickup, 3) Mark Shipped, and 4) Delivered. Specific steps are provided, such as acknowledging the order within 24 hours, entering courier details like the AWB number, downloading and using the proper packing slip, and marking the order as shipped by the given timeline. Help functions are also described for viewing shipped and delivered orders or downloading duplicate packing slips.

1. Single Order Processing

10. This is a sample of the Packing Slip, you have to tear it into 2 parts -
Note – It is mandatory to use the Paytm Mall retail invoice. Please do not use your own invoice. Also, ensure you adhere to
the Paytm Mall packaging guidelines or else the courier will not pick up the package

Retail Invoice –
You have to fold the invoice from centre
so that details are towards inside, white
side of the invoice should be in front
Insert the invoice in the invoice pouch
and paste the invoice pouch on the
back side of the Paytm Mall corrugated
box
If you are dispatching the product in/out
of a state where plastic is banned:
For order value > 50,000 – Paste the
invoice outside
For order value < 50,000- Insert the
invoice in the package
