5. Before processing an order, you have to ask the customer for the Pickup Code. The customer can check
the Pickup Code in these three ways -

1. Always enter the correct Pickup Code, otherwise, you will not be able to process the order

2. Ensure that you have completed all the steps related to order processing before handing over the
package to the customer

4. In case the order is not processed on time, it will lead to its cancellation and the customer will get
his/her money back. Under this scenario, you will not be refunded or compensated for that order

order as delivered by clicking on the Handover Package tab
