5. Before processing an order, you have to ask the customer for the Pickup Code. The customer can check
the Pickup Code in these three ways -

6. The customer will receive an
order confirmation message along
with the Pickup Code
The customer will receive the
Push notification on the Paytm
Mall App along with the Pickup

Note: Please ensure that you have enabled the Paytm Mall Push notification feature.

9. In case the customer does not receive the Pickup Code via SMS, you can also resend the same by following these
steps -
Click on the Orders tab
Check and confirm the
Order ID
Click on the Send Pickup
Code tab
The Pickup Code will be resent
to the customer via SMS

2 Enter the Pickup Code in the Express Checkout filter and click on Submit

checkbox (if applicable)

your product (if applicable)
Note - Check the checkboxes of only those items that you are currently processing. You can process the rest of the items later.

The status of the order will be
marked as Delivered

15. • You have to take two copies of
the invoice and hand over the
product with the first copy of the
invoice to the customer
• The customer’s signature is to
be taken on the other copy

17. Points to remember
1. Always enter the correct Pickup Code, otherwise, you will not be able to process the order

2. Ensure that you have completed all the steps related to order processing before handing over the
package to the customer

3. Hand over the invoice to the customer along with the product

20. Points to remember
4. In case the order is not processed on time, it will lead to its cancellation and the customer will get
his/her money back. Under this scenario, you will not be refunded or compensated for that order

5. You will receive your payout and the customer will get the cashback only after you have marked the
order as delivered by clicking on the Handover Package tab
