Standard deployment steps
Phase 1: PROOF OF CONCEPT
Indoor operations, located generally in the customers’ office: deployment of beacons
in test environment, campaign definition, beacons’ layout and range refinement,
SampleApp installation on test devices, defining scenarios in order to test analytics.
After, campaigns iterations, different content deliveries, A-B tests, metrics analysis
and KPI definition for the second phase.
Phase 2: BETA TEST
Beta test is placed in Real-World conditions, in one of the client’s commercial
locations. Beacons deployed using a pre-defined layout. Beta users of the mobile app
enrolled, campaigns definition, content delivery.
CMS data analysis, content and strategy optimisations, different scenarios, campaign
iterations, KPIs improvements.

Phase 3: REAL WORLD TEST
Mobile application is delivered to real customers, in Real World conditions. In the
same first location where the beacons are deployed, the Real-World users will be
addressed with all types of campaigns and observed as they interact with the context
and the mobile content. After iterations, gathered data and KPI’s will be analyzed and
will generate improvements in the content strategy.
Phase 4: FULL DEPLOYMENT
The last step is dedicated to the expansion of the project in all the planned locations,
respecting the layout and content strategy resulted after the first three phases. After
some iterations, the scalability of the project will be tested and optimized.
We developed long-term partnerships with worldwide main players in telecom and
technology industries, retail, hospitality, public services, logistics, marketing and events
