Whisper is a location-based social media platform that allows users to explore their environment, post content, and share experiences specific to their location. It aims to make location-based apps more engaging by allowing users to anonymously share audio, images, text, and video about places they visit. Whisper uses geofencing to only provide this user-generated content when other users are physically near the locations. The founders hope to empower exploration and sharing of authentic experiences in the real world.
