Till now, companies used to issue Initial Public Offering (IPO) at par or at premium (upon meeting stringent criteria) in Nepal. Free Pricing method in IPO in Nepalese capital market is a new concept. Mr. Deepesh K Vaidya, Managing Director of Kriti Capital & Investments Ltd (a leading merchant bank in Nepal) presented about this method to the regulator : SEBON and other stakeholders.
The Nepse index lost 8.05 points (or down 0.57%) to close at 1329.41 last week. Nepse lost 2.87% at the beginning of the week. However, it gained back 2.31% towards the end of the week. The index continues to hover below the 200 day and 50 day moving average. However, the index seems to be getting closer towards the 50 day MA. Crossing above the 50 day MA could signal a possible bullish trigger. The average volume turnover decreased to NPR 38.33 crores from NPR 54.82 crores the week prior.

What website can I sell pi coins securely.DOT TECH
Currently there are no website or exchange that allow buying or selling of pi coins..
But you can still easily sell pi coins, by reselling it to exchanges/crypto whales interested in holding thousands of pi coins before the mainnet launch.
Who is a pi merchant?
A pi merchant is someone who buys pi coins from miners and resell to these crypto whales and holders of pi..
This is because pi network is not doing any pre-sale. The only way exchanges can get pi is by buying from miners and pi merchants stands in between the miners and the exchanges.
How can I sell my pi coins?
Selling pi coins is really easy, but first you need to migrate to mainnet wallet before you can do that. I will leave the telegram contact of my personal pi merchant to trade with.

when will pi network coin be available on crypto exchange.DOT TECH
There is no set date for when Pi coins will enter the market.
However, the developers are working hard to get them released as soon as possible.
Once they are available, users will be able to exchange other cryptocurrencies for Pi coins on designated exchanges.
But for now the only way to sell your pi coins is through verified pi vendor.
Here is the telegram contact of my personal pi vendor

how to sell pi coins in South Korea profitably.DOT TECH
Yes. You can sell your pi network coins in South Korea or any other country, by finding a verified pi merchant
What is a verified pi merchant?
Since pi network is not launched yet on any exchange, the only way you can sell pi coins is by selling to a verified pi merchant, and this is because pi network is not launched yet on any exchange and no pre-sale or ico offerings Is done on pi.
Since there is no pre-sale, the only way exchanges can get pi is by buying from miners. So a pi merchant facilitates these transactions by acting as a bridge for both transactions.
How can i find a pi vendor/merchant?
Well for those who haven't traded with a pi merchant or who don't already have one. I will leave the telegram id of my personal pi merchant who i trade pi with.

US Economic Outlook - Being Decided - M Capital Group August 2021.pdfpchutichetpong
The U.S. economy is continuing its impressive recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic and not slowing down despite re-occurring bumps. The U.S. savings rate reached its highest ever recorded level at 34% in April 2020 and Americans seem ready to spend. The sectors that had been hurt the most by the pandemic specifically reduced consumer spending, like retail, leisure, hospitality, and travel, are now experiencing massive growth in revenue and job openings.
Could this growth lead to a “Roaring Twenties”? As quickly as the U.S. economy contracted, experiencing a 9.1% drop in economic output relative to the business cycle in Q2 2020, the largest in recorded history, it has rebounded beyond expectations. This surprising growth seems to be fueled by the U.S. government’s aggressive fiscal and monetary policies, and an increase in consumer spending as mobility restrictions are lifted. Unemployment rates between June 2020 and June 2021 decreased by 5.2%, while the demand for labor is increasing, coupled with increasing wages to incentivize Americans to rejoin the labor force. Schools and businesses are expected to fully reopen soon. In parallel, vaccination rates across the country and the world continue to rise, with full vaccination rates of 50% and 14.8% respectively.
However, it is not completely smooth sailing from here. According to M Capital Group, the main risks that threaten the continued growth of the U.S. economy are inflation, unsettled trade relations, and another wave of Covid-19 mutations that could shut down the world again. Have we learned from the past year of COVID-19 and adapted our economy accordingly?
“In order for the U.S. economy to continue growing, whether there is another wave or not, the U.S. needs to focus on diversifying supply chains, supporting business investment, and maintaining consumer spending,” says Grace Feeley, a research analyst at M Capital Group.
While the economic indicators are positive, the risks are coming closer to manifesting and threatening such growth. The new variants spreading throughout the world, Delta, Lambda, and Gamma, are vaccine-resistant and muddy the predictions made about the economy and health of the country. These variants bring back the feeling of uncertainty that has wreaked havoc not only on the stock market but the mindset of people around the world. MCG provides unique insight on how to mitigate these risks to possibly ensure a bright economic future.

The European Unemployment Puzzle: implications from population agingGRAPE
We study the link between the evolving age structure of the working population and unemployment. We build a large new Keynesian OLG model with a realistic age structure, labor market frictions, sticky prices, and aggregate shocks. Once calibrated to the European economy, we quantify the extent to which demographic changes over the last three decades have contributed to the decline of the unemployment rate. Our findings yield important implications for the future evolution of unemployment given the anticipated further aging of the working population in Europe. We also quantify the implications for optimal monetary policy: lowering inflation volatility becomes less costly in terms of GDP and unemployment volatility, which hints that optimal monetary policy may be more hawkish in an aging society. Finally, our results also propose a partial reversal of the European-US unemployment puzzle due to the fact that the share of young workers is expected to remain robust in the US.

2. 3. Trend Analysis
After a cross down of previous support level of 1175, Nepse followed a sideways movement throughout last
week. The convergence of Bollinger bands show decrease in market volatility. The benchmark index fell by a
meager 0.69 points in the course of last week. The market closed at 1166.69 at the beginning of last week, and
closed at 1168.71 by the end of the week. The announcement of bonuses by BFI’s could stop the market from
going downwards in the long-run.
4. Resistance and Support
Immediate Support 1150
Support 2 1125
Immediate Resistance 1200
At the end of last week, Nepse fell below its previous support level of 1175, and ended at 1168.71. The
current support and resistance stands at 1150 and 1200 level respectively.
Note: As per NRB directives, BFI’s are discouraged to announce cash dividend, causing investors to be
optimistic regarding the bank’s announcement of bonus and right shares. Last week Miteri development
bank has also announced 30% bonus to its shareholders.
5. Trend Indicator
a.) MACD
The MACD is a momentum oscillator formed by using two different types of moving averages, which
provides specific buying or selling signals. When a MACD line crosses above the signal line, it is
considered to be a positive sign and indicates a time to buy, and vice-versa.
The Macd and the signal line declined throughout last week. The macd line is moving below the signal
line and the distance between the two lines has increased as well, indicating a bearish outlook of the
market. By the end of the week, the macd and signal lines ended at 30.11 and 38.31 respectively.
b.) RSI
3. RSI is a form of leading indicator that is believed to be most effective during periods of sideways
movement. Such indicators may create numerous buy and sell signals that are useful when the market is
not clearly trending upwards or downwards.
The RSI, at the beginning of last week, stood at 65.09 level. It followed a side-way movement through the
course of the week. It fell by a meager 1.23 points to end at 63.86 level. This shows that the market is
slowly decreasing its buying pressure. However, the long term trend still looks bullish as the RSI is
hovering around and above the 60’s level for a long period.
c.) Bollinger Bands
The Bollinger Band is a technical indicator that consists of a moving average (21-day) along with two
trading bands above (upper band) and below it (lower band). The bands are an indication of volatility,
which are represented by calculating standard deviation.
The benchmark index did not show much change last week. It moved closer towards the mid band,
signifying decrease in the over-bought condition in the market. The mid band has been acting as a strong
support level to Nepse. The upper and lower bands have converged significantly as well in the course of
last week, indicating a decrease in the market volatility.
6. Volume Indicator (On-Balance Volume)
On-Balance Volume (OBV) is a momentum indicator that relates volume to the current price of the index or
security. It measures buying and selling pressure at the market. It acts as a cumulative indicator that adds
4. volume on up days and subtracts volume on down days. If a price increase is supported by OBV, it confirms
an uptrend, whereas if a price decrease is supported by OBV, it confirms a downtrend.
Last week, the OBV (On-Balance Volume), as well as the benchmark index, followed a sideways movement,
showing a rather neutral stance. The average volume decreased last week, where as the index did not show
much change. The average weekly volume transactions decreased significantly to NPR 43.54 from NPR 63.61
crores the week prior
7. Overview
The Nepse index fell by a meager 0.69 points (or down 0.06%) last week to close at 1168.71. The index trend
followed a side-way movement last week. The 50-day moving average (MA) is still moving upward at a steep
rate, and also moving above the 200-day MA, indicating that the overall outlook of the market looks good.
The average weekly volume transactions decreased significantly to NPR 43.54 from NPR 63.61 crores the
week prior. The RSI ended at 63.86 level, which shows that the buying pressure in the market is further
decreasing. The Bollinger bands have converged significantly, indicating decrease in market volatility. The
support and resistance level still stands at 1150 and 1200 respectively.
