OBJECTIVE OF COMPANY
 We are doing continuous research in innovative manner for
maintaining good quality of Naman's Ghee.
 Due to this, delivery of good quality of Naman's ghee is ensured from
source of production to customer.
 That's why, we are introducing new pack with many useful
information about Naman's Ghee & Nutri Flakes.
VISION
The company's vision is to food the national market with good quality
products. The aim lies, to be an industry's excellent products with a
commitment of best quality, upgrading technology with a holistic concern
for hygienic life & assurance of good health.
MISSION
The company mission is to offer the best product, best ambience, and best
resources. Mission lies in providing superior products & services to
consumers.
OBJECTIVE OF STUDY
o Practical observation of industry.
o Analyze the structure and functional areas.
o knowledge about cooperatives societies.
FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT
o All the requirement of finance is fulfilled either by issue equality shares
or by taking loan from “national dairy development board”.
o The repayment of the loan is done equal installments,the amount is
pre-decided. Generally 7-8% intrest is charged on the amount of loan.
MARKETING DEPARTMENT
 Also Naman’s have introduce various innovative distribution format
such as:-
150 distributers in jaipur.
20 distributers in Jodhpur.
3rd no. brand in Rajasthan after Saras and Krishna .
HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT
 The HR planning in Naman’s is very smooth and transparent .
 It made Naman’s a huge big family of approximately 120 employees.
 Naman’s major attention is giving on the welfare and safety of
employees.

 Weakness:-
No of outlets are less.
Pays less of farmers as compared to Saras.
Opportunity:-
As the ghee industry is rising with rate of 5%, whereas population is rising
by 17% making vast scope for expansion.
As the rise in index of wholesale price of ghee roused by 11%, thus there is
huge potential in ghee industry.
Threats:-
Facing tough competition from competitors like Saras, Krishna.
Supply chain management of competitors are much better.
SUGGESTION
 A company should try to improve the relation with the dealers.
 Should try to provide a good quality of ghee to the consumers.
 Easy availability of the to ghee the consumer’s .
 A company should try to find the new consumer’s attractive schemes in
every two months.
 Advertisements should be cheap and attractive.
CONCLUSION
 According to analysis it has been assessed that the people have more
faith in Naman’s.
 At present not a tough competition between all these.
 Attract the consumer’s through there quality service and there supply
services or some new attractive schemes etc.
CASE STUDY
 Jhandewalas Foods Private Limited with its sister concern Hari Narayan
Gyarsilal which is 100 years old firm was promoted by Late Shri Hari
Narayan ji followed by his son Late Shri Gyarsilal ji. Later Shri
Bhanwarlal kulwal took the responsibility of carrying the business
forward.
 With the very small beginning from Johari Bazaar, today Mr. Kulwal's
4th generation has expanded their Empire in various places of
Rajasthan . We are an fssai approved ISO 22000:2005 certified company
committed to international standards of product quality.
 Late shri Hari Narayan faced many problems related to manufacture,
competitors, and distribution channel.

Late Shri Hari Narayan improve their product quality and relations
with outsiders (retailer and wholesaler). He try to attract more and
more customers to increase his goodwill.
 Now Jhandewala food pvt ltd is now famous in jaipur, for ghee, poha,
saffron. Now they try to cover the Delhi & Gujarat and some more area
of Rajasthan.
 FINDING

  • 17. Opportunity:- As the ghee industry is rising with rate of 5%, whereas population is rising by 17% making vast scope for expansion. As the rise in index of wholesale price of ghee roused by 11%, thus there is huge potential in ghee industry. Threats:- Facing tough competition from competitors like Saras, Krishna. Supply chain management of competitors are much better.

SUGGESTION  A company should try to improve the relation with the dealers.  Should try to provide a good quality of ghee to the consumers.  Easy availability of the to ghee the consumer’s .  A company should try to find the new consumer’s attractive schemes in every two months.  Advertisements should be cheap and attractive.
  • 19. CONCLUSION  According to analysis it has been assessed that the people have more faith in Naman’s.  At present not a tough competition between all these.  Attract the consumer’s through there quality service and there supply services or some new attractive schemes etc.

CASE STUDY  Jhandewalas Foods Private Limited with its sister concern Hari Narayan Gyarsilal which is 100 years old firm was promoted by Late Shri Hari Narayan ji followed by his son Late Shri Gyarsilal ji. Later Shri Bhanwarlal kulwal took the responsibility of carrying the business forward.  With the very small beginning from Johari Bazaar, today Mr. Kulwal's 4th generation has expanded their Empire in various places of Rajasthan . We are an fssai approved ISO 22000:2005 certified company committed to international standards of product quality.  Late shri Hari Narayan faced many problems related to manufacture, competitors, and distribution channel.

He try to attract more and more customers to increase his goodwill.  Now Jhandewala food pvt ltd is now famous in jaipur, for ghee, poha, saffron. Now they try to cover the Delhi & Gujarat and some more area of Rajasthan.  FINDING Late shri Hari Narayan faced very tough competition. Less no. of worker create difficulties.
