6. LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY
The study had its own limitations too. Following are some of
the limitations of the study . Even though the workers rendered
their helping hand in assisting the data collection, it demanded
to be cautious in seeing that their work was not affected for the
sake of the study.
This limitation has affected elaborate study.
7. • Since permission was required for entering the production
department, it was not able to enter there always. It was allowed
only when guide would be free.
• Even though employees were co-operative because of their busy
time schedule they were not able to contribute more.

pickles and a flour mill.

Patronage from Syndicate Bank, Thodupuzha and well wishers, the
