November 22nd 1995), Sony released the first PlayStation in Japan (December 3rd 1994) and the top
selling toy at Christmas was the Mighty Morphin Power Ranger Toys.
In this present year (2014) the first ever full length theatrical LEGO movie is the top grossing film in

The term hostile witness is not defined in the Indian Evidence Act, 1872. Yet, provisions are present in
the Act which deal with the quandary. According to Section 132 of the Act, the witness has to answer
questions even if the answers to such questions will or can criminate the witness or expose the witness
to a penalty or forfeiture. The proviso states that such an answer cannot subject the witness to any

In the passage, Nancy Mairs presents herself as an empowered, intelligent, and strong cripple. The

the reader that she is unafraid to identify herself however she wants. Later she states that she refuses to
