This document describes a mobile workshop solution contained within a converted shipping container. INSULATED DRY BODY CONTAINER
-External Dimensions: L 6058 x W 2438 x H 2591mm
-20 foot new container (fitted with corner blocks and fork pockets)
-One man door on side, steel / insulated
-Container existing plywood floor finished with 3mm thick aluminium checkered plate
-Internal wall and ceiling insulated with 60mm sandwich panel, one side aluminium foil and Finish
-side 2mm steel plate powder coated sheet (exterior of the container is 1.6mm corrugated panel),
joints are covered with aluminium profiles.
-Installed monorail of 250mm high with sliding mechanism as shown below
-Recessed power supply box, power sockets with changeover switch, as shown below in Sample
(Picture 3)
-Recessed condenser space on top left corner
-Steel step ladder, sliding into container floor
-Exterior painted with color of your choice
-Supply and install 24000BTU split Air conditioner
-Roof will be specially reinforced for sliding rail
-1x aluminium folding ladder rack with ALU ladder 13m on top of the container
-1x electrical distribution box with 6 breakers (3x 15 Amp + 3x 10 Amp)
-2x electrical 3pin socket (one inside and one outside)
-1x float switch as exchanger (outsourcing or/to inner generator)
-Body of the container will be colored to your company color
-1x Split air conditioner for the container 220V on the roof
-One year warranty for any kind of manufacturing defects of the body. However the
warranty will not cover defects due to mishandling.
