Built, assessed, and synchronized all communication and marketing efforts for the CEO and subordinate units of over 40,000
personnel by building narratives, themes, and messages that were used throughout the US and multiple foreign nations.

• Managed the logistics program for HQ ISAF in Afghanistan with accountability and maintenance of
equipment valued over $1.2M. Ensured transportation was secured, five warehouses were operating above
standard, and each class of supply was properly accounted for, maintained, and on hand.
• Served simultaneously as Senior Executive, Operations, and Program Manager for 5 months in a complex
environment. Excelled while increasing the productivity of the 172- person organization by over 32%.

INFORMATION OPERATIONS
Led a 60 member, weekly, cross-functional team planning session which planned and executed high visibility exercise
training missions in more than eight countries.
• Flawlessly managed a $2.5M budget for two major international training exercises.
• Developed and ensured approval of the $8.5M Fiscal Year Exercise budget. Accomplished all pre-exercise
training, ensured conference attendance, and met over 325 training objectives.
• Developed training plan, schedule, and activities, for a 250+ personnel multinational training exercise.

Planned, developed, and coordinated 14 foreign training exercises for division and subordinate units, with US based training
exercise involvement, which included training at the Combat Training Centers.
• Expertly implemented proper accountability, care, and maintenance of over $105M of government assets
and facilities. Enacted strict policies governing turn-in and environmental compliance.
• Trained / mentored hundreds of staff in strategic operations, resulting in a 35% increase in productivity.
SR. DOCTRINE / TRAINING DEVELOPER / WRITER, DOCTRINE DIVISION – FORT BRAGG, NC 2008 – 2009
Managed the Professional Development Program, and advised senior leadership on all doctrinal initiatives, current projects,
and future military occupational specialties.
• Completed the division level capabilities base assessment which provided quantifiable data to justify
increasing the division personnel by 20% for a Special Operations Command (SOCOM) man power survey.
• Led Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for a 12-month cross-team working group that refined the literature
development cycle directly supporting mission requirements. Reduced inefficiencies and the cycle from 5
years to 2, saving over $1.2M annually.
• Published the Army Marketing Targeting Manual that filled a doctrinal gap in support of all operations.
