MANAGER, LEADERSHIP AND LEARNING
Worked with clients to improve organizational results and impact by focusing on challenges at the intersection of business and
people. Led teams and projects to support clients undertaking large-scale business and workforce transformation programs.
Worked with clients on the end-to-end delivery of these programs, from creating their initial vision, right through to ensuring
their workforce has the necessary leadership, capability, and buy-in to operate in their transformed roles and organizations.


Assisted one of the largest banks in the UK in changing its corporate culture by assisting in the design and implementation of
a leadership academy that represented a two year journey for 2000+ Managing Directors



Trained to design and facilitate Deloitte Innovation Labs, workshops designed to generate breakthrough ideas and insights
using the latest techniques in coaching, facilitation, multimedia, neuroscience, ideation, creativity and innovation



Designed a professional skills program for a UK governmental regulatory and revenue department focused on helping their
auditors and revenue officers operate at a higher level when interacting with Big 4 consultants and global corporate clients



Created and facilitated internal training on Bersin by Deloitte High Impact Talent Organizations, teaching practitioners how
to use Bersin models, frameworks and benchmark to assist clients in improving all facets of their talent organization



Led a team in completing training needs assessments and learning plans for over 800 unique roles for a UK bank going
through a divestiture. Training and competency assurance were vital because the divestiture required regulatory approval
partially based on the perceived competency and ability of the employees to run the new bank. Developed and delivered a
new employee orientation program to on-board staff to the new bank.



Led four projects that created and delivered training and communications materials to employees of companies undergoing
large scale IT transformations. Technology platforms included SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Business Objects and other
proprietary systems. Facilitated end user training sessions to executives and staff.



Facilitated global executive training sessions for a Business Objects implementation at a US automotive manufacturer.



Conducted an audit of the L&D Department for the Internal Services Group for one of the UK’s lawmaking bodies, with
recommendations for improving organizational design and service delivery



Conducted an organizational assessment and benchmarking study for the L&D Department of a global insurance company
with recommendations to achieve a 25% reduction in cost while aligning processes with leading practices, moving the them
from a transactional role to a strategic role in the eyes of the business



Led a project to create a level and role based technical competency model, that informed a comprehensive curriculum and
role based development plans. The scope of the work included four separate business units with about 20 departments



Led the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) proposition for Deloitte Learning Solutions, researching market impact,
analyzing strategic relationships, assisting sales pursuits and developing practitioner training

MANAGER, PAYROLL SERVICE CENTER (SR. APPLICATION SPECIALIST; SAP)
Managed five Payroll Service Centers and a Payroll Help Desk Phone Center overseeing a staff of 12 that responded to over 5000
inquiries per month.


Developed and implemented a department specific training program from curriculum design to end user training delivery.



Developed instructional materials and direct communications distributed to 60,000 employees.



Developed and implemented a plan to recover $50 million in overpayments to employees.
LOS ANGELES UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT – Los Angeles, CA

April 2006 – May 2007

TRAINING DEVELOPER, SAP
Developed training materials for a multi-phase SAP implementation of HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Asset Management and
BW/BI modules.


Performed SAP integration testing using Mercury QA during the software development phases to assess program
functionality, identify program errors, and make recommendations for improvement prior to implementation



Developed and delivered web-based, virtual and instructor-led training for Business Warehouse, Business Planning and
Simulations, Payroll, Time, Assignments, Funds Management, Organizational Management and Fixed Assets modules of SAP



Provided direction to SAP functional and basis team members regarding data maintenance and functionality of the training
environment

Created custom data loads for BPS, FM and AM using CATT Scripts, Mercury Quicktest and custom interfaces



Personally trained over 1500 staff members in six months; conducting over 1000 hours of Instructor Led Training

Training and competency assurance were vital because the divestiture required regulatory approval partially based on the perceived competency and ability of the employees to run the new bank. Technology platforms included SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Business Objects and other proprietary systems. APPLICATION SPECIALIST; SAP) Managed five Payroll Service Centers and a Payroll Help Desk Phone Center overseeing a staff of 12 that responded to over 5000 inquiries per month.  Developed and implemented a department specific training program from curriculum design to end user training delivery.  Developed instructional materials and direct communications distributed to 60,000 employees.  Developed and implemented a plan to recover $50 million in overpayments to employees.
