4 – Who Would Be The
Audience For Your
Media Product?

     Over half of the people we asked said thrillers appealed to
      them. The majority were female and were interested in
      storyline and character.
     Based on this, we wanted a story rather that an image based
      opening. The story was integral to the opening.
     The research also showed that a 15 certificate is the most
      suitable for a thriller film. The criteria fitted with the content of
      our entire film. There is strong language and violence which
      are elements of a 15.

  • 1. 4 – Who Would Be The Audience For Your Media Product?  Over half of the people we asked said thrillers appealed to them. The majority were female and were interested in storyline and character.  Based on this, we wanted a story rather that an image based opening. The story was integral to the opening.  The research also showed that a 15 certificate is the most suitable for a thriller film. The criteria fitted with the content of our entire film.
