SUMMARY:
As an office assistant for the City of Pasadena I required minimal training as I quickly absorbed the
responsibilities of my job description. I took the initiative in learning the issuing process of certificate of
occupancy in order to be a team player. The knowledge that I have acquired with the always helpful
inspectors allowed me to perform and accept duties that exceed the description of my job duties. The
customer service skills that I have acquired from the various jobs that I have accepted helped me explain
the reasons why we have these codes in the ordinance. The customer may not be happy with the answer
but at least walked away with the understanding and pleased that I took the time to explain it to them. I
have received severalaccommodations including one that was sent to the mayor.
As a bank teller for Wachovia I have gained extensive knowledge of utilizing time management skills while
having the added pressure of customers in line waiting. My extensive customer service skills helped me
maintain control of situations and able to change the overall experience my customers.
As a JP Morgan Chase Telephone Banker I have gained extensive knowledge of the banking system and
the importance of sales and time management process. I am skilled in all aspects of banking procedures
and will require minimal training.
As a Southwest Airlines Sales Agent with responsibilities as a Customer Care Representative and aiding
our Spanish speaking Passengers, it is imperative to be familiar with all aspects of our company. This
especially includes the Services Help Desk which you must stay in constant communication with your
partner for the day when answering the TTY line and processing rental cars and finding errors. I am
comfortable in communicating concerns and requesting help from all departments regardless of titles or
roles.
