relocation of this area.
• Validation of daily root source/ cause Depository Trust Companies (DTC) inquiries.
• Conducted staff training on how to respond to client inquiries on various DTC asset types
reducing calls by 50%.
• Wrote and maintained workflow procedures ensuring they are up to date for the Operational
Department
