all user accounts with Internet access and e-mail. I later relocated to the Arkansas office to become Project Manager for several large
equipment upgrade projects for Wal-Mart. For these projects I was responsible for bidding, training, route planning, materials, and billing.

I was hired on with N.S.G. after completing technical school in 1996 as a network field technician. I did various network
troubleshooting related tasks mostly for Barnett Bank throughout Florida. I served as the Network Administrator at the
Barnett bank Miami/Brickell office while the other administrator was on maternity leave. I was responsible for over 1000
users and 7 servers. Duties included adding and removing users, backup of critical data, and server and workstation
maintenance and repair. I worked with NSG until they merged with Wachter in August of 1997. I was then hired on with
