The library held a leadership training program for all staff to develop leadership skills. They trained 26 facilitators to lead workshops on exploring leadership, defining leadership, motivating others, and empowering oneself and others. The workshops used exercises and activities to shift perspectives on leadership and help participants recognize their own leadership potential. Participants reported feeling more confident in their abilities and that the library cares about their growth and development.
