Developing a high level of personal resiliency to manage stress and optimise
wellbeing.

Work with leaders to create wellbeing plans to ensure a regular focus on
personal resiliency to manage the inevitable stress inherent in leading a team.
Wellbeing plans focus on key areas, including:
• Health and fitness
• Diet and exercise
• Sleep and relaxation
• Coping strategies.

one-on-one relationship
between a professional
coach and leader for the
purpose of enhancing
behavioural change and
learning.

Within the confidential and supportive coaching relationship,
coaches typically challenge leaders to:
• Reflect on their leadership approaches and behaviour
• Develop rigour in their thinking, visioning and planning
• Formulate strategies to address current dilemmas and workplace issues
