achieve a covenant relationship within organizations similar to the relationship that God has with His
people. Personalities have a significant role in OB and personality tests create value by allowing
organizations to determine ahead of time where potential conflict may arise between employees. The
Jung Typology Test classifies people into one of the sixteen personality types determined by Isabel
Briggs Myers and one of the four temperaments defined by David Keirsey. This discussion examines
the effect of my ISTJ personality type and SJ temperament on myself and those around me on a
personal and professional level. The analysis covers the strengths, weaknesses, and sources of conflict
associated with each individual aspect of the ISTJ personality introverted, sensing, thinking, and

strange phenomenon in nature. As narrated in chapter 1 (see here), at a very young age he began

was drawn to the most peculiar varieties of seashells, such as the carnivorous murex. Soon he added

Introduction:
Not long ago, Terry and Courtney had an amazing life. They began a holiday romance while they were
traveling together. Before long, they were in a committed relationship. When the couple found out that
they were expected a baby, they decided to get married.
Five years later, the happy family decided to go on a camping trip. They wanted to go to the same spot
where Terry had initially proposed to Courtney after finding out that they were pregnant. The family
was excited to return to the wilderness spot where their dreams and life started together.

At that point, Courtney s life could not get any better. She was madly in love with her husband, and
they had a perfect child together. It seemed like their future was bright. The years stretching before

Because of one tragic event, the couple s life would change forever.

Courtney remembers the event like it happened yesterday. I can smell the fire and gas. The scent of
my skin burning filled my nostrils as I screamed in agony. All I could think of was my daughter and
Terry. I had not control over what happened, and the pain made me pass out.
Her fiery demise was caused by an unintentional event. Terry had decided to get rid of the gas from
their camp oven by tossing it on the flames. In the darkness, he did not realize how close Courtney
was to the fire. When the fire engulfed, he realized to his horror that she was covered in flames.

In the state of Missouri, it is actually very easy to get hitched as some may call it. According to U.S
Marriage Laws, the legal age to get married is 18. Whomever is getting married must apply for a
marriage license which permits people to actually get married. The permit will expire 30 days after
receiving one. People wanting to get married need to research all of the requirements for getting
married, even though there are few. Laws may vary from state to state; this is why it is important to
research all of the requirements for different situations. I find it interesting that there is an age
requirement to get married, but not a requirement to take a compatibility test. I think that even if there
wasn t a compatibility test that couples should have to be asked simple questions to see how well the
