don’t have a route.
People who don’t want to go to the gym, but still
want to lose weight.
People who don’t want to stay inside any more.
5. Key Insight Statements
People who want to be outside running, (but don’t have a
route) currently try to find maps lying around their house.
Although, this does not always work, because some maps
have been around for years, and time has gone by and lots
of things have changed. Which means some routes might
not be around anymore.
Our key insight is that people can just pick up their phone
and be able to find a perfect route, to help them overcome
their problem.

9. User story’s
As a user, I would like to be able to find a route without having to fuss
around. Its frustrating, having to run around your house trying to find
maps that might show places that may not exist any more. Also, if you
already have a running app, some of them are slow and don’t work very
well. So, as a user I would like to have a quick and easy app that will allow
me to run a brilliant route.
As a user, I would like to be able to go outside and run. The outside is a
good place, because you can get fresh air which is healthy for you. Also, if
it’s a hot day being outside is great, if you want a run. So, as a user I would

11. Business model
Business case
Who benefits from your app?
Main target user: Anyone who doesn’t know what route to run when they need a route.
Others who benefit: A gym, because they can inform their members that there is a brilliant app with
amazing routes that they could get.
Keen runners, because they might want to have different routes that they haven’t already ran.
People hoping to lose weight, because they want an app to motivate them to run.
Athletic groups, because they need to vary their routes for their runners.
Our business model: All users pay Some users pay Yes Somebody else pays
My team’s app Run Your Route will operate a business model in which all users pay/ some users pay /
somebody else pays. My team has identified that some people are willing to pay towards the app,
because after a while, we would improve our app to make some profit. The improvement we would make,
would be to add voice instructions, because there will be a voice telling them where to go.
