Elevator Pitch
8. This is our information we have found on the market we are entering.
Already Existing Market
9. Our apps key feature is when you do press ups, you hit a big blue
button in the middle of your screen and it times how long it took you
to do as many press ups you do and each individual press up as well as
the amount you did and then with your permission, uploads it to any
social media site of your choice.
“As an over weight person, I want to get fit so that I can feel better
about myself”
This could help one of our potential users because the social aspect
could help him challenge his friends which hopefully will use social
pressure and motivate him/her to get fit
Key Features and MVP User Stories
10. In order to look at our audience range, we did asked a number of
people a few questions about our app ideas and it ended up that the
fitness counter app came out on top of all the others so, that is why
that we chose it as our final idea.

and when they have finished
14. Feasibility
To make our app work we went through a stage of
market research. As a team, we started with the total
population of the world, then we cut it down to see the
number of people who would download and use our
app. It is possible because the target audience is large
enough for it to be a successful app. We conducted a
survey and its results showed that fitness counter was
the most preferred and favoured.
15. Business Case & Customer pledge
Our team chose business modal 1, where the
customer pays for the entire app. However, due
to the low amounts of money pledged by the
consumers given the pledge, we have decided to
go with business modal 2, in which we, as the
developers, have to pay some money for a
working prototype.
16. Marketing Strategy
After the market size task we found we have an
available market size of approximately 1.08 Billion
people. We are going to put our idea across by
targeting our target audience. And we hope it will
go well. We would release a free trial to so if the
majority enjoy and find the app useful. We will
then release the finished app based upon the
reaction to the free trial.
17. Thank you for listening and I hope
you choose to put us through to
the next round! We have worked
very hard on this idea. We all
think this could work so we hope
you consider us!
