Problem Question
People who have problems running without getting injured
currently try to use there own knowledge in pulled muscles,
but this does not work because it may not be the right
stretch, and consequently making it worse
Our key insight is that people need to help them overcome
their problem.
People who own fitness equipment, sometimes do not
know how to use it so our app tells you how to.
Our key insight is that people know what food and drink
are the most healthy.
