This document describes a chatbot called Kisan Mitra that was developed to help farmers in India. It discusses how agriculture is important to the Indian economy but many small farmers lack access to information. The chatbot uses natural language processing to answer farmers' questions in their local languages about topics like weather, crops, government schemes and market prices. It was built using libraries like NLTK and the Android Studio platform. The chatbot's training data comes from agricultural question/answer datasets. If it cannot answer a question, it will search the internet for the answer or forward the question to an expert. The goal is to provide farmers with easy access to useful farming information through conversational interactions.

The system aims to address information access problems faced by farmers and help them make better decisions.
ARABIC DATASET FOR FARMERS' INTENT IDENTIFICATION TOWARD DEVELOPING A CHATBOTijcsit
A chatbot is an application of artificial intelligence in natural language processing and speech recognition. It is a computer program that imitates humans in making conversations with other people. Chatbots that specialize in a single topic, such as agriculture, are known as domain-specific chatbots. In this paper, we present a dataset for farmer intents. Intent identification is the first step in building a chatbot. The dataset includes five intents (pest or disease identification, irrigation, fertilization, weed identification, and plantation date). The length of the dataset is 720 records. We applied a Multi-Layers Perceptron (MLP) for intent classification. We tried different numbers of neurons per hidden layer and compared between increasing the number of neurons with the fixed number of epochs. The result shows that as the number of neurons in the hidden layers increases, the introduced MLP achieves high accuracy in a small number of epochs. MLP achieves 97% accuracy on the introduced dataset when the number of neurons in each hidden layer is 256 and the number of epochs is 10.

ENHANCEMENT OF AGRICULTURAL STAKEHOLDERS BY USING ANDROID APPLICATIONvivatechijri
Agriculture sector plays crucial role in Indian Economy. It contributes about 17% to the total GDP and provides employment to over 60% of the population. Need of Enhancement of all stakeholders related to Agricultural sector. Most of the farmers doesn’t have any idea about the rates of crops and their products and they sell their products at any cost Improper accessibility. Android application will resolve the accessibility problem between all the agricultural stakeholders. Many laborers depend on agriculture to get their wages. They can include, grass cutters, tractor drivers, farming apparatus technicians, or anyone who is directly involved in farming activities. That said, agriculture allows manpower to be shifted between the agricultural and non-agricultural sectors. If farmers get an assured minimum support prices for their produces and also if the functioning in trade is made digital or online, or by eliminating middle person who is exchanging goods from farmers to factories or from factories to farmers. Then the financial state of farmers will be improved in agricultural field. These problems arises only because of not having the proper accessibility between each other. Nowadays it’s essential to develop of an effective network of all the agricultural stakeholders. With the help of Android application will try to provide better accessibility in terms of all resources (Time, Money and equipment) between farmers to vendors and vice versa, farmer to workers and vice versa, farmer to agriculture consultant as well as seeds and fertilizers suppliers.

STUDY THE EFFECT OF RESPONSE REDUCTION FACTOR ON RC FRAMED STRUCTUREIRJET Journal
This study examines the effect of response reduction factors (R factors) on reinforced concrete (RC) framed structures through nonlinear dynamic analysis. Three RC frame models with varying heights (4, 8, and 12 stories) were analyzed in ETABS software under different R factors ranging from 1 to 5. The results showed that displacement increased as the R factor decreased, indicating less linear behavior for lower R factors. Drift also decreased proportionally with increasing R factors from 1 to 5. Shear forces in the frames decreased with higher R factors. In general, R factors of 3 to 5 produced more satisfactory performance with less displacement and drift. The displacement variations between different building heights were consistent at different R factors. This study evaluated how R factors influence

The CBC machine is a common diagnostic tool used by doctors to measure a patient's red blood cell count, white blood cell count and platelet count. The machine uses a small sample of the patient's blood, which is then placed into special tubes and analyzed. The results of the analysis are then displayed on a screen for the doctor to review. The CBC machine is an important tool for diagnosing various conditions, such as anemia, infection and leukemia. It can also help to monitor a patient's response to treatment.
