The Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) of DepED supports the agency's vision, mission, and values by continuously evolving as a learner-centered public institution. The RPMS helps ensure the strategic, responsive, and effective delivery of human resource management and development services to implement a learner-centered and school-based management system. The guidelines provide for the establishment and implementation of RPMS in all DepEd schools and offices, covering officials and employees, and stipulate the mechanisms, criteria, and processes for performance target setting, monitoring, evaluation, and development planning.
