The DepEd memorandum provides guidelines for implementing the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) aligned with the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST) for School Year 2021-2022. Key points include:
1) The RPMS cycle will cover the period from August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022. Monitoring, mid-year reviews, year-end reviews and development planning will take place throughout this cycle.
2) Teachers and master teachers in public schools will have their performance evaluated based on 18 PPST indicators, using modified tools and forms to account for distance learning.
3) Teacher-broadcasters reassigned to DepEd offices will also use modified PPST-aligned tools to evaluate
