Review and revisit DEDP and AIP to align it to the REDP and make it responsive to the unique needs of each school within the SDO.  Distribution of copies of DEDP and AIP to all focal persons.  Adjust DEDP and craft AIP based on the findings during the conduct of DMEA/RMEA  Coaching on Project Management Enhancement and revisiting of the Division Education Development Plan (DEDP) and AIP SDS ASDS Chiefs (SGOD/CID) Planning Officer SEPS-P&R SEPS-M&E PSDS SHs 50,000.00 Laptop Projector Printer Office supplies HRLD funds Modified SDO DEDP/AIP aligned with the REDP of Regional Office 10 and responsive to the individual and unique needs of the schools in the SDO. Trained CID EPS & PSDS and SGOD Personnel on Project Management Enhancement. Shall be conducted on October 2019 and January 2020 B.1. 4 (3-days) Conduct of Quarterly DMEA. Enable school heads to present accomplishments and challenges (bottlenecks & barriers) in the schools  1 school head shall present in the DMEA opening plenary.  School heads are SDS ASDS Chiefs (SGOD/CID) Planning Officer SEPS-P&R 100,000.00 Laptop Projector Printer Office supplies HRLD funds Quarterly DMEA conducted and Consolidated report on reviewed and adjusted programs, projects, and activities. Shall be conducted every quarter.

SDS ASDS Chiefs (SGOD/CID) Planning Officer SEPS-P&R SEPS-M&E PSDS SHs 50,000.00 Laptop Projector Printer Office supplies HRLD funds Trained process owners on problem tree analysis and objective tree analysis Shall be conducted in February, April, June, and November 2019. C. 2 (1 day) training- workshop on making/drafting of characterizations of prioritize challenges for submission and presentation during RMEA Pre-Workshop activities. Conduct training workshop on making and drafting of characterization of prioritize challenges for submission and presentation during RMEA Pre-Workshop activities.  SDO personnel and school heads shall be given brochures which contain the correct process in conducting characterization  SDO personnel and school heads shall be oriented and capacitated on the proper and SDS ASDS Chiefs (SGOD/CID) Planning Officer SEPS-P&R SEPS-M&E PSDS SHs 20,000.00 Laptop Projector Printer Office supplies HRLD funds Trained process owners on correct characterization. Shall be conducted before every DMEA.

SDS ASDS Chiefs (SGOD/CID) Planning Officer SEPS-P&R SEPS-M&E PSDS SHs AO V Div. Accountant Div. Budget Officer 63,000.00 Laptop Projector Printer Office supplies HRLD funds Trained SDO personnel and school heads on reviewing, verifying and validating IPCRF / OPCRF.
