HR Engagement/ HR Audits/ Grievances:
 Acting as one point contact for Human resources team at Xchanging Kormangala office
managing employees from IT and BPO divisions.
 Conducting one-on-one sessions with employees and skip level meetings. Preparing skip
level reports and sharing with Senior Management with feedbacks and improvement
suggestions.
 Conducting orientation sessions on Xchanging’s PCDF practises, Talent Management,

 Attending surveillance audits with auditors (NQA, Grand Thornton India)
