MANAGER OF FACILITY SERVICES AND HUMAN RESOURCES
Provide leadership and direction for staff and contractors on projects, coordinate resources and staff to ensure
completion on schedule and under budget, and manage the daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency and
productivity in all areas. Manage the supplies and equipment for the facility, placing orders to ensure adequate
inventory, overseeing the maintenance and repairs, and performing regular evaluations of costs.
 Utilize organization skills and creativity to plan and facilitate company events, coordinating schedules and vetting
venues to identify the best possible location, selecting vendors and caterers to exceed team expectations, and
maintaining strict budget allocation for successful meetings and conferences.
 Maintain confidential employee files, ensuring information is accurate and complete, process payroll for over 100
employees through PeopleSoft/ADP, and provide human resource leadership to create a cohesive and positive
workplace environment.
 Oversee the creation and management of the budgets for each project, identifying potential expenses and

 Designed and managed major remodel projects for the main facility and locations in Boca Raton and Colorado,
overseeing all aspects of the construction and developing budgets and plans for allocating space and moving staff
and equipment.
 Successfully negotiated a new lease for the facility, resulting in a substantial decrease in monthly operating costs
for the company.
 Manage facility security by assigning security badges, controlling access, conducting incident investigations and
establishing procedures for emergency preparation and response.

OFFICE MANAGER
Directed business operations, organized the office and procedures, controlled company finances and correspondences,
and provided management and guidance to team.
 Provided leadership and direction to the planning and execution of company events, coordinating arrangements
to ensure success.
 Utilized Quickbooks to provide oversight to company accounts receivables and payable, identify discrepancies in
accounting, and reconcile information with bank data.
 Collaborated with a third-party payroll vendor to process employee time and accurately pay staff, manually
verifying and performing calculations for over 70 team members.
 Developed and implemented a job tracking system that monitored hours spent at each excavation job location,
which assisted management in evaluating performances and improve processes to increase productivity.
