• In-depth understanding of all aspects of the rewards management function including base pay & variable pay
design and administration, benefits, long term incentives, compensation structuring, salary planning and
budgeting and overall rewards strategy.
• Responsible for maintaining competitive base pay structures and salary ranges. Conduct ongoing competitive
market pricing for jobs in the region. Make recommendations regarding appropriate compensation levels and

Key Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities: • Manpower planning • Manpower Planning and budgeting in alignment with Business Plan. • Succession Planning • Managing Wage Bill within limits. • Performance Management: • Goal Setting for every level along with respective Manager • Managing end to end Appraisal process across levels in coordination with different department heads, unit heads, and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal System linked to Reward Management. • Ensuring Bell Curve for the division • Ensure timely closure of PMS • Identify potential employees through TRP. • Propose Promotions, Job Rotation & Salary Rationalization. • Maintaining calculation of Appraisals. • Budgeting for Appraisals and variable payout. • Compensation Management: • In-depth understanding of all aspects of the rewards management function including base pay & variable pay design and administration, benefits, long term incentives, compensation structuring, salary planning and budgeting and overall rewards strategy.
  • 4. • Responsible for maintaining competitive base pay structures and salary ranges. Conduct ongoing competitive market pricing for jobs in the region. Make recommendations regarding appropriate compensation levels and incentive plan eligibility at individual / team / job role level. • Responsible for proposing, implementing and leading the overall Reward strategy / schemes. • Training & Development:  Organizing the Induction and Trainings program (soft skills as well as technical).  TNI for the Division along with Business. • Other HR Activities: • Drafting Incentive Policy along with Business. • Verifying Incentive Sheets & coordinating the same with Business • Maintaining & updating all documentations pertaining to ISO for the Dept. • Employee Relations & Employee Engagement • Assist in employee communication through running the HR Forums. • Provide inputs to facilitate the development of robust, transparent HR processes to meet accuracy. • Handling employee grievances and queries through HR Helpdesk and resolving them. • Running Employee Engagement events through EPAT.
