Request of the current owners for the significance review of the existing main structure
located at 324 Cloverleaf in order to demolish 100% of the existing residence and
accessory structure.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The property is zoned SF-1 and is located on the south side of Cloverleaf between Buttercup Dr.
and N. New Braunfels.
POLICY ANALYSIS
Staff has not identified any historical or architectural significance to the existing structures.
Additionally, the Architectural Review Board reviewed this project at their October 20th
meeting
and found no historical or architectural significance and approved demolition.
FISCAL IMPACT
No projected fiscal impact from this project has been calculated.
