Texas Constitution Vs. U.s. Constitution
Texas is considered a very diverse and unique state in many different aspects. It is the second largest
state with more than twenty six million people residing. People all over the state live in a variety of
environments, cities, suburbs, rural areas, you name it. Of course though, like in everything else,
there are always both positive and negative things. However, despite the fact that Texas have very
high poverty rates and it has the second highest income inequality, Texas is a very interesting state
and it has a lot of things that are worth learning about. I learned some things about Texas politics
that I thought were very interesting. These topics include the State Constitution and the legislature.
The Texas Constitution and the U.S. Constitution is very similar to each other in terms of structure.
Both documents provide framework, and the amendments come from the will of the people. The
Texas Constitution was written to govern the the individual state alone so it should be more
specific and less flexible to change. On the other hand, the U.S Constitution is more flexible than
the Texas Constitution because of the fact that it was designed to be governing a total of fifty states
with each individual states differing from others in values, beliefs, attitudes, behaviors, and the
states consist of individuals who have similar values. Today, we are still operating under the 1876
Constitution with four hundred ninety one amendments, which includes a preamble and seventeen

Why Was The Death Penalty Considered A Cruel And Unusual...
The Death Penalty The Death Penalty started in the eighteenth Century B.C. when it was
established into the Code of King Hammurabi in Babylon, which codified the the Death Penalty for
25 different crimes. The Eighth Amendment states that the Death Penalty is considered a cruel and
unusual punishment, which means that the Death Penalty is unfair to the persons getting the
Penalty, but is also unconstitutional because it s a punishment that ends the lives of people. So
really you are killing the person that killed another or more, and you are just adding to the death
toll. I oppose the Death Penalty because it could put innocent lives to death and costs way too much
the country could afford to use. To actually conduct a Death Penalty... Show more content on

The risk of innocent people being sentenced is high. About 14% of executions were of the innocent,
and they weren t found out until long after their execution. This supports my claim because too
many innocent people are being executed against their will, and most of them aren t even involved
with the murder, just innocent bystanders who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong
time. In conclusion, there is just too much risk of innocent bystanders being executed for doing
nothing wrong, and we should get the facts and evidence straight before we go kill an innocent

Chapter Fifteen Week 1 Accounting Summary
I chose to do a section within chapter fifteen which is all about accounting. In my opinion,
accounting is the hardest concentration you can take on. I believe this because there are many
different components that go into even just a simple transaction. Accounting is a comprehensive
system for collecting, analyzing, and communicating financial information to a firm s owners and
employees, to the public, and various regulatory agencies. The basics to accounting in bookkeeping.
However, accounting is much more than just keeping records. Accountants assess the information
in order to make firms make informed decisions. Many people rely on this information including
business managers, employees and unions, investors and creditors, tax authorities, and government
regulatory agencies. Each one of them use the same information but in a different way. For
example, business majors use the information to assess how they are doing and what they would
like to do in the future. However, investors and creditors use the information to assess the risk of
both lending money and potentially investing in them. Information kept by accountants are a vital
part of anyone in the business sector. There are two main fields you can go into. The first is
financial accounting. Financial accounting focuses on the external users. This includes
stockholders, agencies, suppliers, and creditors. When they prepare their reports such as the income
statement and the balance sheet, they focus on the business as a whole. Managerial accounting
serves internal users.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The first step is to understand exactly what it is. This is where many people struggle, they often
confuse accounting and finance. After there is a clear understanding, you can then look into the
different areas of accounting. After reading this section, I am most interested in the forensic area. I
am looking forward to continuing my education in this

Examples Of Cultural Diverse Dances
Cultural Diverse Dances The culture diverse dances represent people s identity throughout different
places in the world. Several authors discussed how culturally diverse dances would help people to
keep their culture based on movement, posture, gesture, and rhythm. Warta (2010) discussed both
tradition and modern forms of choreography dance, which celebrates the Samoan culture. Samoan
people always focus on three main components of life, the faith, family, and especially music,
which tell the story of the Samoan people. Stanley (2009) emphasizes the traditional dances of the
Tongan people which are stories sung by the singers and acted out by the dancers. It is similar to

Warta (2010) discussed how each Samoan dance was formed, and how it became their
traditional dances. For example, the sasa which is known as the clap dance where men clap
their hands and slap their chests, legs, and arms in a synchronized rhythm. This was the dance
that began as a functional way to swat back mosquitos and later turned into a traditional form of
movement. Stanley (2009) shared how Samoa represented words through movement of the
hands and feet, and not the hips. This is why every time they dance; every action represents
words or lyrics of the song. Traditional Tongan dances are stories sung by the singers and acted
out by the dancers (Stanley, 2009). These stories are either about the Christian missionaries or the
king of Tongan. One of the Tongan traditional dances is called lakalaka where it requires
everyone to stand and dance. It begins slowly but builds to a rhythmic finish. Now comes the
Hawaiian dance where hula is their traditional dance, and it is steeped in ancient traditions with a
fascinating and intricate history that is only made more intriguing give the storytelling element of
the different dances (Gibbs, 2015). Hula dance is a beloved and cherished cultural tradition on the
Hawaiian Islands. It requires dancers to move their hips, not like the Samoan and Tongan, which
they don t. Different hula dances are not only about the story of different islands and their beauty,
the exploits of royalty, people of those islands, major events, and travelers, but also about honoring
the chief or monarch (Hula Alii), animals (Hula Holoholona), Goddess of fire, lightning, wind, and
volcanoes (Hula Pele), and to the western who came to the

Grandmother Informative Speech
When i was younger and my family went out every weekend my grandmother would take care of
all their kinds the when they got home take care of them. She would have over 20 people in her
house and she would get up and cook of all of us. When the first time she got sick she went to the
hospital and that would be the first of many days. My grandmother is an inspiration to me.She
did everything she could t help and needy soul. She once brought a dog into her house to help it
back on its feet, and even helped it give birth. She would let any and everybody stay in her home
as long as they cleaned up behind themselves, unless it was an animal or they were not able to.
My topic is grandmother who means the world, moon and all 8 planets to me. No matter what
she always made sure that when i came over i would have plenty of crafts to do, food to cook
and toys to play with. We did so many crafts and projects together. They were so fun from stuff
going horribly wrong to her cussing up a storm every time something surprised or scared her.
When we did crafts she loved to use the not glue gun and the beads these were her go to things.
In this speech i will be talking about My grandmother s Goals, her personality, and her
achievements. Main point 1 First i will be talking about her goals. First one of her goals were to
become a nurse. She always told me that she wanted to be a nurse to help people back to health
and make sure that they were safe from any other harms. She was a nurse for

The Availability Of Fast Food Essay
The availability of fast food is contributing to the rise of Obesity in New Zealand
Question 1: Explain the view point and find evidence to support the view
I believe that some people have this view because fast food outlets usually consist of fatty foods.
This means that people who don t have much time or money can easily go out and buy food for
themselves and their children. Studies show that New Zealand fast food consumption was an
estimated 2 3 kgs per person per year. Studies also show that nearly $2000 is spent on fast foods
every year. In Cambridge alone there are multiple fast food outlets. These include KFC,
McDonalds, Dominoes, Pizza hut etc. because these foods are extremely high in fats when they
are a consumed they cause people to gain wait. If you eat these foods once a week they will not
really harm you but if you eat it regularly and do no exercise often you will become obese. This
is the problem that is happening in New Zealand. Instead of people just buying them once a week
people are buying them 3 to 4 times a week and it s causing their diets to be unhealthy. In
Cambridge and Hamilton there are healthy options available these can include Subway, Kebabs,
and local bakeries that sell sandwiches etc.
Question 2: Gather evidence for and against different points of views?
The professionals say that policies should be put in so that they cannot advertise junk foods so that
kids do not go out and buy it. There has been 3000 institutions of professionals who

How Music Is Used For Advertising
How Music is Used in Commercials
Now adays and before music is an important factor in media advertising.
As media is tool for advertising and it reaches to many users and customers music can play very
significant role.
And music serve the general promotion targets in business. Jingle music is very common technique
for aiding the ad.

A very good jingle attracts the consumer s attention and makes them think again and again

Music could get many responses out of people as its played.
Music could touch our emotions like it could calm us, excite us sadden us, soothe us.
There is also no doubt that we are quite the musical species (Sacks, 2007). Humans are able to
remember music they have heard for a lifetime, as well as the emotions it triggered. We are fully
capable of memorizing thousands, if not more, musical pieces in our life, including song elements
such as lyrics, melody, tempo, rhythm and even pitch. Over the centuries, humans have made
music everywhere and the music we play spans from the easiest simple melody on a piano to a
complex orchestra symphony with dozens of

kiosks, point of sale (POS) terminals, ATMs (automated teller machines), and barcode scanners,
among other equipment. Traditional Approach In the traditional architecture, this customer could
only collect a snapshot of data, which limited the accuracy of its predictive models. For example,
the company might collect snapshots from a sampling of ATMs (perhaps once daily performance
data) where the real need is to collect the entire set. In addition, this company needed to avoid
downtime for its clients at all costs.

Summary Of The Diary Of Anne Frank
The Diary of Anne Frank, is a book of the writings from the Dutch language diary kept by Anne
Frank while she was in hiding for two years with her family during the Nazi occupation of the
Netherlands. The family was apprehended in 1944, and Anne Frank died of typhus in the
Bergen Belsen concentration camp in 1945. The diary was retrieved by Miep Gies, who gave it
to Anne s father, Otto Frank, the family s only known survivor, just after the war was over. The
diary has since been published in more than 60 languages. In August 1944, they were discovered
and deported to Nazi concentration camps. They were long thought to have been betrayed,
although there are indications that their discovery may have been accidental, that the police raid
had actually targeted ration fraud .Of the eight people, only Otto Frank survived the war. Anne
died when she was 15 years old in Bergen Belsen, from typhus. The exact date of her death is
unknown, and has long been believed to be in early March, a few weeks before the prisoners
were liberated by British troops in April 1945. However, new research in 2015 indicated that Anne
may have died in February. Anne Frankwas a young Jewish girl who lived and died during the
Holocaust. The Frank family hid from the Nazis for two long years in a Secret Annex at the back
of a warehouse. During that time, Anne kept a diary in which she not only wrote about the horrors
of war but the everyday problems of being a teenager. Selected for labor due to

Why did I recommend this specific additional duty to you? The reason I am recommending this
additional duty to you is because I sincerely believe you will excel in this position. This program
requires a very specific structure and the responsibility it carries is very is significant. Handling
chemicals with the right personal protective equipment is crucial to the safety of the personnel
in your section. Based on your team role as an executor, I think you would soar in this additional
duty because of your ability to follow specific regulations and your high standards. You ve
always been quick to say No when members wanted you to do a task that wasn t justified by
technical data. I foresee you having zero issues ensuring the chemicals that are used
continuously are labelled correctly and cleaned before and after use. Which is an issue we both
have seen continuously occur over the past few months. It seems like every few weeks the shop

Critical Reasoning Of Sin And The Serpent
Critical Reasoning of Sin and the Serpent
There are a number of circumstances involving the temptation to suggest that the serpent chose the
ideal and appropriate instant, place and individuals upon which to formulate his assault. Some have
said that the approach was intentionally directed to the woman Eve, the fragile one of the two, and
not Adam. On the contrary, some scholars say that the Scriptures indicate that Adam was present
while the conversation between the woman and the serpent took place. Genesis 3:6 specifies that
the conversation involved Adam and that he also was present.12 In addition, this also implies a
very meticulous strategy by the tempter. Primarily, as noted above, he directs his attack towards
the weaker vessel. Eve, though not inferior to Adam, was created with a submissive role, which
placed her in a more fitting position.
The emergence of feminist criticism of the Hebrew Bible offers several important examples of the
integration of scholarly issues and broader cultural concerns.13 First of all, these critics have
masked the meaning of the word adam in Genesis 2 3. On the one hand, man is the first human
formed. But on the other hand, adam is a generic term for humankind. The word adam is the
Hebrew word for human. Nevertheless, the word adam derives from the word adamah, which
means earth or ground.14 The imperative command to adam not to eat of the tree of the knowledge
of good and evil, was given to both the man and the woman. Until

The Controversy Of Banning Boxing
It is well known that boxing is a dangerous and violent sport, as the main concept of the sport is
to knock out the opponent. Many boxers have been seriously injured or even died because of
boxing. Many people believe the sport should be banned because of the violent and dangerous
nature. However, there are others who believe that the sport could be made safer and will have no
need to be banned.
Boxing is a very dangerous sport; competitors die every year, whether during a match or because
of an injury transpired from boxing. Some of the injuries caused by boxing can make people
disabled, like Michael Watson. Medical associations want to end boxing after carrying out
medical studies, showing that boxing can lead to long term brain damage, and can even lead to
illnesses like Parkinson s disease. Brain tissue is quite a soft mass and the blood vessels within it
are strong, when the head is hit, a blood vessel can snap, leading to a hemorrhage, or can create
microscopic tearing of the brain tissue around the vessel. Banning boxing can put an end to
unnecessary deaths and injuries, including brain damage. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

Olaudah Equiano s Theory Of Abolism And Economic...
During the 18th century, diverse products such as sugar and cotton became enormous populated in
England. Britain consumed a lot of sugar and exported produced products to other regions. The
British people were able to earn much profit by selling a huge amount of sugar produced by slaves.
To increase the amount of production, the Britain continued to increase the number of transported
slaves. With cruel treatments such as beating and sleeping in poor environment, many slaves had to
do only work without compensation.
To protect the rights of slaves, many campaigners dedicated to abolish the slavery. The members of
the Society for the Abolition of the Slave Trade tried to persuade Parliament to prohibit the trading
in slaves because they thought it was more likely to succeed. In 1807 the United Kingdom, The
Slave Trade Act was passed.
There are various theory of abolitionists about slavery. James Ramsay, an evangelical minister and
a surgeon on a slave, campaigned for the abolition of slavery trade by asserting economic
disadvantages of slavery trade. According to a clip, with him, abolitionists argued that slavery trade
causes losing profits because the captain paid their crew (The). Namely, the captain should

The Affordable Care Act
Policy Problem
During the botched 2010 roll out of the affordable care act, multiple veteran s agencies marched on
Washington with fears of how the Tax/Mandate would affect indigent veterans who could not
afford the penalty and could not afford secondary insurance. In their hubris, these agents pushed an
agenda that has greatly hurt the veteran population.
Prior to the affordable care act, The Veterans health administrationwas an organizational based
health care system. There were resources enough at that point to afford the benefits veterans had
rightly accrued with their service and sacrifice. Veterans who receive care at the VA fit into two
categories. They either are disabled from Service or they are means tested in. With the growing
increase of the Disabled population in the veteran community from the Gulf Wars, the budget has
taken a strangle hold on the VA Administration. In an effort to still operate, Senior Officials have
chosen to break federal law because there has never been any real accountability in the bureaucracy
that is the VA.
One of the VA s biggest issues right now is in regards to Quality of Care and Customer
Satisfaction. Targeted media leaks and Congressional Testimony has shown how varied the opinion
of care is. Some Veterans are happy with their care and statistics have borne out that of the senior
population, Satisfaction with care has held at a stead 68% (Rachel Yehuda, 2015). These studies
however are not taking into account those Veterans who

Theodore Roosevelt s First Progressive President
Theodore Roosevelt is considered by many to be America s first progressive president due to his
conservationism, his military prowess, and the natural ease with which he handled national and
worldwide politics. He had a vision for the place he wanted America to be, a courage that made
him admirable, and a jovial attitude that made people love him. Not only did he take steps to
make the office of president more important than it once was, he tried to do so in ways that were
important. One of these ways was by protecting the natural beauty of America so that it would not
be entirely depleted before it could replenish itself. Another way was by proving his leadership, his
bravery, and his dedication to complete the task at hand in the military. His struggle for equality in
his nation and international peace also show his determination to make the world better. These
points prove that Theodore Roosevelthad his eyes set on the future and was determined to move
toward it. Conservationism, the preservation and protection of natural resources, is something that
Roosevelt frequently stressed the importance of during his presidency. Roosevelt believed that the
government had a responsibility to take care of the nation s environment, so he worked to create
many parks, agencies, and acts to do so ( The Theodore Roosevelt Administrations. ). The President
even said, ...natural resources are not limited by the boundary lines which separate nations, and that

Kudzu Vs Herbicides
Most mechanical means of kudzu removal practiced in the southeastern United States involve
mowing the vine or cutting it back. These methods, though more effective than herbicides, are more
time consuming. Vines must be mowed down just above ground level every month or two during
the growing season in order to prevent them from growing back. When using this method of kudzu
control, all of the plant material must be removed and/or destroyed (burned) to prevent the vines
from taking root and re growing (Miller, J. H., Edwards, B. , 1983). A different, and sometimes less
time consuming option for the control of kudzu is chemical treatment with herbicides. However,
chemical treatments are expensive, and killing off the plant completely requires

Comparing The Thing And Terminator II
Advanced or behind In both films that were presented in class The Thing and Terminator II:
Judgement Day, there are different versions of technology, and different perceptions of the future.
Though both films have a different take of these two aspects they both show a world that is slowly
turning into a dystopia. The dystopia in The Thing started as soon as the Aliens crashed on our
planet. It was a slow and uneasy to watch that process can make viewers cringe. In Terminator II:
Judgement Day the dystopia was a little less personal. Even with the humans worried that the
human race would soon be destroyed the aspect that all the other humans did not know what was

Objection To Pascal s Wager Argument
In this paper, I will evaluate blackburn s objection to how he deems Pascal s use of notion
metaphysical ignorance as a problematic starting position to arrive the conclusion of Pascal s Wager
argument. In Metaphysical ignorance , which refers to the idea that Pascal posits in the beginning
of his Wager argument, that we know neither what Godis nor what kinds of attributes and
properties God has. As a result of this knowing, Pascal sets out four options to wager, which is
four possible consequences of belief or disbelief whether God exists or not, by implying us to
choose the one which offers eternal happiness and gains; However, the options are flawed since
Blackburn thinks Pascal can not assume there is an eternal gain or loss especially... Show more

Subsequently, he builds his wager argument by assuming four outcomes on the basis of four
options since we do not know whether God is essentially in existence. He offers four choices: First,
If we believe in God, and God in fact exists, then we will be rewarded by infinite happiness.
Second, If we believe in God, and God in fact does not exist, then I will have no payoff. Third, If
we do not believe in God, and God in fact does not exist, then we will get infinite pain. Forth, If I
do not believe in God, and God in fact does not exist, I will have no payoff too. Pascal is attempt
to justify belief in God is not with an appeal to evince God s existence. But rather, is with an
appeal to our own interest by choosing the one what benefits us. From the four options Pascal
presents, I presume he does not know What attributes God owns since he starts the position of
metaphysical ignorance before framing these options; however, Pascal s set up for wager
indicates he does know something. For instance, he knows God could be either punishing or
rewarding people regarding the decision we wager. Considered from this point, I conclude that
Blackburn develops stronger argument in which he points of the self contradictory nature of Pascal
s position of metaphysical ignorance. Accordingly, I conclude Pascal s wager is a weak argument

Counter-Culture Youth Pic Essay
In the following essay, I will attempt to highlight the phenomenon in cinema known as the
counterculture youth pic. This trend in production started in the late 1960 s as a result of the
economic and cultural influences on the film industry of that time. The following essay looks at
how those influences helped to shape a new genre in the film industry, sighting Easy Rider as a
main example, and suggests some possible reasons for the relatively short popularity of the genre.
The standard story of the counterculture begins with an account of the social order against which it
rebelled, a social order that was known to just about everyone by 1960 as the mass society. The tale
of post war malaise and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Following the beatnik movement of the late 1950 s a number of young people, embracing some of
the same ideas, congregated in San Diego s Haight suburb. But it was not necessarily just the youth
of the day that were part of this social rejection.
The last half of the 1960 s saw the emergence of seemingly new cultures among young people,
which were promptly collapsed under the label youth culture by adults. Even so, these cultures
were neither entirely novel, nor limited to young people, nor so homogeneous as to be described
by one label. (Grans, Comparative Analysis)
Part of what made this movement so distinguishable at the time was the rebellion against the
fashion industry, as well as social norms. It was relatively easy to pick out which people
sympathized with the movement, especially with the characteristic male look of the Jesus Christ
hair and beard. They dressed to highlight their freakiness, combining clothes of other times and
cultures.
Davy Crockett buckskin, military surplus, Buddhist robes, Edwardian suits, Errol Flynn pirate

A Comparison Of A Worn Path And A Rose For Emily
The two stories, A Worn Path and A Rose for Emily are very similar in some ways but yet
different in their own unique way. When you look at the characters, their theme and tone, you can
clearly see the difference in these two stories. Miss Emily and Phoenix both have mental problems.
In A Worn Path the story deals with Phoenix s life and the love she has. When Phoenix was
walking and traveling through the Natchez Trace she was face with problems. Phoenix love for
grandson shows her determination along the way of her journey.
While reading the story it appeared that Phoenix does not have a Grandson, or at least he was not
alive anymore. She told the Doctor that her Grandson had a sore throat for a long time. When the

In A Worn Path, Phoenix was faced with several problems but she still managed to get the medicine
for her grandchild no matter problems she faced along the way.
In the story A Rose for Emily, she just did not want to be alone. Emily and Phoenix both
accomplished their goals, Emily was not left alone and Phoenix got her medicine for her
grandchild. The theme of both stories are different. Emily doesn t want to go anywhere, she just
wants to sit at home and have people visit. Phoenix s story take place during her journey on the
Natchez Trace and her story unfolds as she is out and about traveling to get medicine for her
grandchild. Phoenix was very determine to get the medicine. She was also more talkative then
Emily.
In both stories, A Rose for Emily and A Worn Path, they were told in third person. When reading
both stories it is hard to tell if they were mentally disturbance or not because you could not tell what
they were thinking. You cannot tell what Phoenix was thinking when she was walking through the
trail, when she tripped or when she got to town. Which made it difficult to tell if she was sane.
You could immediately tell Emily was crazy when she killed her boyfriend and slept with the dead
body. Emily showed emotions which displayed she was not mentally stable

Othello’s Themeland
Othello s Themeland
Built on a broad base of multiple themes, Othello is one of William Shakespeare s most popular
tragedies. Let s sift through the themes and try to rank them in significance.
In the Introduction to The Folger Library General Reader s Shakespeare, Louis B. Wright and
Virginia A. LaMar consider the arch villainy of the ancient to be the most potent theme:
Othello has been described as Shakespeare s most perfect play. Critics of dramatic structure have
praised it for its attention to the main theme without irrelevant distractions. Many Elizabethan plays
had rambling subplots and much extraneous detail to amuse the groundlings. Othello avoids all
irrelevancies and the action moves swiftly ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Heilman discusses the ancient s instinctive reaction to the love theme of the play:
Before coming directly to the forming of the love theme that differentiates Othello from other
Shakespeare plays that utilize the same theme, I turn arbitrarily to Iago to inspect a distinguishing
mark of his of which the relevance to thematic form in the play will appear a little later. When
Iago with unperceived scoffing reminds Roderigo, who is drawn with merciless attraction to the
unreachable Desdemona, that love effects an unwonted nobility in men, he states a doctrine which
he knows is true but in which he may not believe. Ennoblement by love is a real possibility in
men, but Iago has to view it with bitterness and to try to undermine it. (333 34)
The theme of hate is the theme on which the play opens. Lily B. Campbell in Shakespeare s Tragic
Heroes indicates this hate in the opening scene:
It is then on a theme of hate that the play opens. It is a hate of inveterate anger. It is a hate that is
bound up with envy. Othello has preferred to be his lieutenant a military theorist, one Michael
Cassio, over the experienced soldier Iago, to whom has fallen instead the post of his Moorship s
ancient . Roderigo questions Iago:
Thou told st me thou didst hold him in thy hate.
And the reply is a torrent of proof of the hatred for Othello that has almost exceeded the envy of

The Poisonwood Bible in the European Conquest in Africa
The European conquest in Africa reinforced the notion of seizing seemingly primitive nations
occupied by natives whose culture and lifestyle must be rationalized and modified to fit the
standards of a modern country. Following the post World War II era came the opportunity for the
world s most powerful nations to make a significant impact on a war torn world. The two super
power nations of the time, the United States and the Soviet Union, craved to influence vulnerable
and poverty ridden nations like Africa as these natives were easily to manipulate. A desire to
spread and influence western ideology, specifically Christianity, to rural nations is depicted in
Barbra Kingsolver s novel The Poisonwood Bible. Kingsolver portrays an American missionary
Reverend Price and his family as they attempt to spread and make a significant impact on the
people of the Belgian Congo, whom the Reverend describes as a place where he can save needy
souls . American intervention in the Congo highlights few of the many results of attempting to
revive a nation ridden of post colonial damage, including the fusion of two cultures, the abuse of
political power and, international perception and relations. The clashing of cultures appears through
the numerous attempts the Price children take to adapt to their new political and social
environment, including adapting to the language, routine life and cultural traditions. Illustrating the
differences of what Americans and the Congolese do during

Manifesto Of The Communist Party
The Communist Manifesto, originally drafted as, Manifesto of the Communist Party , is a
pamphlet written by Karl Marx, that in essence reflects an attempt to explain the goals and
objectives of Communism, while also explaining the concrete theories about the nature of society in
relation to the political ideology. The Communist Manifesto breaks down the relationship of socio
economic classes and specifically identifies the friction between those classes. Karl Marxessentially
presents a well analyzed understanding of class struggles and the issues concerning capitalism, the
means and modes of production and how those means affect the classes as a whole.
Every society is structured or designed with the intention to form social classes; classes that will
determine the social mobility of each individual living within it. Within the social hierarchy, there is
inevitably one class that essentially oppresses the others. The Communist Manifesto features The
Bourgeoisie and The Proletarians, and explains that the relationship between the two classes is a
common frictional relationship that has occurred countless times throughout history. It explains
that the modern Bourgeoisie will eventually fall, due to their inability to maintain a lifestyle for the
proletarians; which is ultimately caused by the instability of capitalism.
The goals of Communism are clearly set forward in the process. Marx informs us that Communism
is established to achieve 3 major things: to solidly form

The Benefits Of The Agricultural Industry
The USDA recorded value of crop production in the United States in the year 2015 was 186.2
billion dollars. The agricultural industry in America is an economic giant. It provides a consistent
food supply to many countries around the world, not to mention the United Sates. It stimulates and
stabilizes the economy, all while bringing in billions of dollars every year. While these things are
very beneficial to this country, the agricultural industry also depends, at least in part, on funding
from the government through agricultural subsidies. The Free Dictionary (2003) defines
agricultural subsidies as Payments by the federal government to producers of agricultural products
for the purpose of stabilizing food prices, ensuring plentiful... Show more content on

This program, which we still see in effect through CRP (Conservation Reserve Program) land,
was intended to be temporary, but it has lasted as a way to conserve the environment. Although
the amount of CRP land and the way that subsidies are issued has changed, the idea has carried
on and so have subsidies. Farmers today are still paid through subsidies whether they produce a
good crop or not, so to many, it seems very backward to pay farmers not to produce crops.
Finally, as Bruckner (2016) states, ...many advocates for reform have argued that when subsidies
are unlimited, they provide the nation s largest farms the financial resources to bid up land prices
and drive their smaller neighbors out of farming (p. 623). Subsidies as they are currently issued
(without a limit) give a great advantage to the largest farms in America, and hurt many small to mid
sized farms. Urry (2015) says that in the past two decades, only 10 percent of farms are using over
75 percent of subsidized government funding. This is one of the major problems, not with the
principal of agricultural subsidies, but with the government policy surrounding agricultural
subsidies. For this reason, government policy on agricultural subsidies should be reformed to cut
costs, ensure an environmental outlook, and make spending more sensible. Agricultural subsidies
were created to ensure that the farmers

Type A Behavior Analysis
In the textbook the authors talk about the fact that differences in an individual s personality can be
partially attributed to genetics and also that these differences in emotions and behavior can often
be noticed in early childhood, through a pathway called temperament (Cervone Pervin, 2013).
There are two characteristics of temperament however, that have been researched and studied the
most, and those two characteristics are inhibited behavior and fear reactions. As may be obvious,
as is in fact obvious in my family, people react differently in their emotions and behavior to new
situations such as moving out of a parent s house or being around groups of people they don t

Before the merging, Disney had a leader that was ineffective and it showed in the work they

The basis of path goal is that effective leaders motivate subordinates to achieve goals by 1:
Clearly identifying the outcomes that subordinates are trying to obtain from the workplace. In
the Disney Pixar aspect, the main goal of everyone is to come up with new innovated film ideas
that have never been done before. Always trying to push the envelope. This in an interesting job

is a shared interest in everyone s success. They really are a team, the success of a movie counts
on each and every person involved. And 3: Clarifying for subordinates the paths leading to the
attainment of work goals. To remove any obstacles, the company created an environment where
they remove the power structure. Everyone s notes are equal. Everyone is encouraged to share

Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor ( Vegf )
. Introduction
BehcВёet s disease is a systemic vasculitis of unknown origin, characterized by recurrent oral and
genital ulcers, uveitis, vas cular manifestations and other multisystem affections [1,2]. Vasculitis
causes endothelial destruction and thrombosis [3]. Inflammatory thrombosis is well known in BD
[4]. It has been recognized that vascular endothelial dysfunction occurs in BD and plays a
substantial role in the vascular lesions. The path ogenic mechanism is uncertain [5].
There are several identified vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) family members: VEGF
(VEGF A), VEGF B, VEGF C, VEGF D and placenta growth factor which are key regulators of
physiological and pathological vasculogene sis, angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis, hematopoiesis
and vascu lar permeability. VEGF is essential for angiogenesis and inflammation that are
pathophysiologic factors of BD [6]. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is a potent cytokine
that modulates angiogenesis and vasculogenesis by acting as an essential mitogen for vascular
endothelial cells [7]. It is an important factor in the progression of atherosclerosis [8].
Common carotid intima media thickness is an endothelial cell dysfunction parameter that may be
associated with athero sclerosis [9]. Its thickness is a known good predictor of cardio vascular
accidents in the general population [10] and has been reported in the patients with different
rheumatic diseases as a strong predictor of cardiovascular events [11]. The

Consequences Of Work Family Conflicts And Enrichment
Consequences of Work Family Conflicts and Enrichment Role accumulation and work family
enrichment
There are three ways in which participation in multiple roles often referred to as role accumulation
can produce positive outcomes for individuals. First, work experiences and family experiences can
have additive effects on well being. Research has consistently demonstrated that role accumulation
can have beneficial effects on physical and psychological well being, especially when the roles are
of high quality. In addition, satisfaction with work and satisfaction with family have been found to
have additive effects on an individual s happiness, life satisfaction, and perceived quality of life.
Such research suggests that individuals who participate in and are satisfied with work and
family roles experience greater well being than those who participate in only one of the roles or
who are dissatisfied with one or more of their roles. Second, participation in both work and
family roles can buffer individuals from distress in one of the roles. For example, research has
shown that the relationship between family stressors and impaired well being is weaker for
individuals who have more satisfying, high quality work experiences. In a similar vein, the
relationship between work stress and impaired well being is attenuated for individuals who have a
more satisfying, high quality family life. These moderator effects suggest that a diverse portfolio of
social roles buffers an individual

Topic: Critically analyse Dog of Titwal in the light of partition literature with respect to the Indian

The Dog of Titwal written by Saadat Hasan Manto talks about he Kashmir conflict that started after
India and Pakistan got independence. The conflict started on 22nd October, 1947 and is still
going on. In this story, the nature is described in a way that it gives an imagery of peaceful hills of
this disputed area of Kashmir but is a dark area because of ongoing conflicts between India and
Pakistan over Kashmir. It is often said that Kashmir looks like paradise but ironically the most
violent and gruesome activities take place in this place that looks like paradise. The war, mostly in

The author also conveys the irrational behavior towards the conflict and unnecessary violence.
The war is shown as boring and stagnant in Dog of Tithwal . The beginning of the story suggests
that this conflict is endless. War has become like a routine for the two countries and a part of the
environment that separating it from the elements of nature has become almost impossible. The air
is described as quite unmindful of the soldiers hiding behind the rocks and camouflaged by
mountain shrubbery. The birds sang as they always had and the flowers were in bloom. Bees
buzzed about lazily.
This suggests that not only the war has become a routine for everyone and a part of the
environment but people have stopped questioning the war and the conflicting activities taking
place. Jhun Jhun, the dog has no say in this conflict and is voiceless just like the Kashmiris have no

Social Work And Social Work
The Common and Separate Ground On the first page of Keith Lucas s, So You Want to be a
Social Worker he makes note of how Christianity and social work share a lot of the same values,
because of this the practice of social work can be viewed as a form of ministry. For example,
most social workers, no matter their religion believe that all people have worth, and see a great
importance in the showing of understanding and kindness towards them. Through my studies in
APS 101, at Redeemer University College, I have learned that social workwas brought up by the
Church; I never knew of this relationship. This new knowledge makes me eager to learn more
about the field, and the ways in which I can use it to serve not only my neighbors, but God himself,
through its missionary characteristics. This text has shown me that my beliefs impact the way I see
the world, the people in it, and that my thoughts and actions are inevitably affected by them. As I
move deeper into my studies, I am learning the importance of this, and of bringing my whole self
into whatever situations I face. Societal values are constantly changing, but Christian values remain
firm, as they are planted with biblical roots (Keith Lucas, 1987, p.3).
Social Work and Christian Beliefs I now understand that the conflicting beliefs, under the blanket of
Christianity can be divided into three categories. The first are the primary beliefs, these are
foundational and include events, such as God creating the world and

Grauballe Man Poem Meaning
The Grauballe Man, is a bog body that has been preserved for more than two thousand years, is
one of Seamus Heaney s North collection poems. Historically, the Grauballe Man is considered
to be one of the most well preserved body of all time. It was discovered in the peat bogs in
Jutland, Denmark. The body showed signs of violence indicating that the man was murdered rather
than dying of natural causes. Heaney s poem indicates his preoccupation with the body because it

and suffering experienced by a dying man, the root of the reference is that the pose of the
sculpture reminiscences the death position of the bog man. Heaney uses the allusion of Dying
Gaul in order to make the reader develop the idea of the unification of artifice and nature, which
reveals the unique characteristics of human beings. Additionally, the Grauballe Man itself, is also
an allusion. The allusion of the Grauballe Man exemplifies the brutal history that has happened
in the North. The Grauballe Man personifies the sacrifices for religious excursions in Northern
Ireland during The Troubles. Furthermore, the cured wound opens inward to a dark elderberry

that is happening in Northern Ireland. However, it is very ironic because the wounds of the bog

Essay On Roanoke Colony
The Lost Colony of Roanoke
Everyone loves a good mystery, especially one that no one can solve. It gives one satisfaction to
imagine that they can decipher it and become a hero, and it s even more intriguing when it has
lasted a few years. Some missing cases have even lasted several decades, but none have persisted as
long as a case of a certain lost colony. Originating on an island off the coast of North Carolina in
1585, the mystery of The Lost Colonists of Roanoke Island has remained for over 400 years
(History), and it continues to baffle historians, investigators, and archeologists alike.
Preceding Events Besides the doomed colony, England had previous failures on Roanoke. For the
English, making permanent settlements in the New World wasn t a walk in the park. Queen
Elizabeth s ultimate goal was to conquer the New World and have a base to attack incoming
Spanish. Sir Walter Raleighvolunteered for the job, bravely risking himself for the nation s
benefit. However, the Queen and Sir Walter Raleigh were having an affair, and Elizabeth begged
him to stay and send soldiers instead, which he agreed to reluctantly. 1,500 soldiers, artists, and
cartographers made the voyage and were ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
When they were released 3 years later, they snatched the first ship they could find and voyaged
back to Roanoke Colony. It was August 18, 1590, the day of Virginia Dare s third birthday, when
John White disembarked to find the colony completely and entirely bare. There were no colonists
anywhere to be found as well as no signs of struggle or battling. The only clue as to their
whereabouts was a crudely scraped word, CROATOAN and on a nearby tree, CRO . Thinking
perhaps the colonists were living with the Croatoan tribe, John White directed the ship there, but a
mighty storm caused them to retreat to England without any knowledge of their lost

VI. Competition
Wawa is a convenience store and a gas station. In terms of the convenience stores, our main
competitors are 7 Eleven, Heritages, Walgreens, and Rite Aid. In terms of the Gas station, our
competition is against local gas stations with lower prices, and Sunoco. To start listing our
competitors in the convenience e store competition, 7 Eleven has 58, 300 stores in 17 countries.
They are also known for famous for their famous 32, 44, and 64 oz Big Gulp cups. In some
locations they even offer the Bucket Gulp. Some of their disadvantages is that some of their
stores are closing and they are not as popular in today s society as they were in the mid 2000 s.

Some of their disadvantages is that if you take away the pharmacy part of Walgreens, it s not
really known for anything nor does it stand out to the corner store next door so Walgreens s main
business if off the drug market. Finally, Wawa s final convenience storecompetitor is Rite Aid. Rite
Aid is a drugstore chain in the United States and a Fortune 500 company headquartered in East
Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, near Camp Hill. Rite Aid is the
largest drugstore chain on the East Coast and the third largest drugstore chain in the U.S. An
offer was presented by Walgreens Boots Alliance in October 2015. Rite Aid accepted the offer
and is currently pending government antitrust committee approval. If approved Walgreens
would form the world s largest retail pharmacy chain in terms of number of locations. Rite Aid
began in 1962 as a single store opened in Scranton, Pennsylvania called Thrift D Discount
Center. After several years of growth, Rite Aid adopted its current name and debuted as a public
company in 1968. Today, Rite Aid is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the
ticker RAD. Rite Aid reported total sales of US$ 25.5 billion in fiscal year 2014. In 2008, its
market capitalization dropped to
Under $500 million. As of 6 February 2015, the market capitalization of Rite Aid was about
$7.15 billion. Its major competitors are CVS and Walgreens. Walgreens announced on October

How Diseases Affects Every Individual Essay
Introduction
Diseases affect every individual. They could have a disease themselves, may know someone or
of someone that has one, or the country where they live could have have faced a disease
epidemic. Epidemics, which we have studied in our course, analyze how diseases spread and
how outbreaks affect countless individuals in countless different countries. This topic relates
directly to course material as it encompasses many of the situations and ideas that have been
discussed such as, poverty, dying, environment, and social factors and how they relate and
coincide with disease. The country you reside in ultimately dictates the technological advances
that you have access to when dealing with stopping the spread of diseases. Epidemics also can
be considered by looking at poverty because non industrialized countries have a harder time
when it comes to dealing with the spread of disease as they do not possess the tools that are used
to prevent spreading. We have studied how the overall development of the country where you live
can play a very important role in the assistance you receive as well as the level of care. Thus, the
next five articles consider how diseases are handled and dealt with depending on the location of the
country and whether or not it is an industrialized or non industrialized.

Mary Wollstonecraft Research Paper
Mary Wollstonecraft was born on April 27, 1759, in Spitalfields, London. Her father was
abusive, and her mother later died in 1780. She wasn t formally educated; however, her level of
education wasn t unheard of for a woman of her time, and she studied famous works of literature
and the Bible. As a very accomplished woman, she wrote many books, such of which promoted
many controversial ideas for woman s rights that persist in society to this day.
In her early life, Mary had moved from place in Britain, due to her father s unsuccessful attempts
to become a noble farmer. Doing so he squandered much of his inheritance and wealth. Her father
was a drunk, and often times would attack Mary s mother in a drunken fit of rage. Mary often had

Johnson published the first volume of A Historical and Moral View of the Origin and Progress of
the French Revolution, and the Effect it Has Produced in Europe, which Mary wrote during the
months she lived in France, in 1794. The work was favorably received and criticized, especially by
the people in the public who had sympathized with the revolutionists in the controversy with Burke.
Three years later in 1796 she began to have an intimate relationship with William Godwin.
William was a novelist and Philosopher, and the author of many important works. On March 29,
1797, Mary was pregnant, so they were reluctantly married. Godwin and Mary both believed the
current institution of marriage of their time was evil. Due to Mary s former relationship with

Limitations And Limitations Of Evolutionary Algorithms
LIMITATIONS OF EVOLUTIONARY ALGORITHMS
Evolutionary algorithms are very promising problem solving techniques but at the same time, they
have a few limitations that can result in loss of efficiency.
Difficult parameter tuning: Any implementation of an Evolutionary algorithms will require the
specification of various parameters, such as population size, mutation rate, and maximum run time,
as well as the design of selection, recombination, and mutation procedures. Finding effective
choices for these is itself a hard problem with little to no theoretical support. In practice
researchers must rely on any available anecdotal reports from related problems, and lots of trial and
error.
No assurance of convergence: There is no assurance that the evolutionary algorithm will converge
to a global optimum. There is a possibility that it gets stuck in one of the local optima. This is the
reason why EAs cannot be applied to real time problems where the accuracy and validity of the
solution cannot be compromised.
Keeping in view, the advantages and limitations of evolutionary algorithms, following three
algorithms have been employed in this work for automatic generations of Quantum and reversible
classical circuits:
1.Genetic Algorithm
2.Quantum Inspired Evolutionary Algorithm
3.Hybrid Quantum Inspired Evolutionary Algorithm

Story Of An Hour Analysis
In her short story The Story of an Hour, Kate Chopin s brilliant use of words immediately captures
the reader s attention. There is no introduction of characters and no build up to this story. In the
opening sentence, Chopin introduces the readers to Louise Mallard and informs them of her heart
condition. Little do the readers know, this will be a huge factor at the end of the story. The readers
also learn that Louise s husband has died in a railroad accident. With the knowledge of these two
events, Chopin takes the readeron a journey with the widowed Louise Mallard in the last hour of
her life with all the conflicting emotions that go along with it.
Richards and Josephine think they must break the news of Brently s death to Louise as gently as
possible. Josephine tells her in broken sentences; veiled hints that revealed in half concealing.
However, Louise does not hear this news with the same emotions as most women would at the
loss of a loved one. Initially, She wept at once, with sudden, wild abandonment, in her sister s
arms. When the storm of grief had spent itself she went away to her room alone. This is the
normal and expected reaction. Suddenly, the mood of the story changes as Louise looks out an
open window and observes the tops of trees that were all aquiver with the new spring life. The
delicious breath of rain was in the air . Even Louise seemed to be confused as to what was
happening. Now her bosom rose and fell tumultuously. She was beginning to

The Impact of Soil Erosion and Land Degradation in Ethiopia
Introduction
African soils are extremely poor by nature, they consist of low organic matter as well as all major
nutrients. Sub Saharan Africa does not produce enough food to support their countries even in
years of good harvest. Land degradation is exhibited as deforestation, decreasing biodiversity
resources, soil moisture stress as well as soil erosion.
The following report will be assessing the socio economic as well as the environmental impacts of
soil erosion and land degradation impacts in the Ethopian Highlands of Tigray. The severe land
degradation is a result of the soil erosion as well as the nutrient depletion. Throughout the past years
soil and water conservation techniques have been comprehensively introduced. The prolonged use
of these resources was not as anticipated.
The poor performance of agriculture in many low income countries is due to the deterioration of
the natural resource base. The major problem which limiting the development of the agricultural
sector is the land degradation which is caused by soil erosion as well as nutrient depletion. This is
an enormously serious problem especially in the tropical steep lands where rain fed agriculture
comprises the major livelihoods of the people. A number of these countries have numerous soil and
water conservation programs which have tried to mitigate the land degradation problem but have
done so unsuccessfully.
In Ethiopia agriculture comprises the biggest share of the national economy; it contributes

Benefits Of Hypnosis
Have you ever thought of using hypnosis for another purpose besides fun? There are many
beneficial uses for hypnosis that have an outcome for a person. It seems to make things feel like
a dream when unable to accomplish these things awake and conscious. Hypnosis is defined as . . .
a trancelike state that resembles sleep but is induced by a person whose suggestions are readily
accepted by the subject (Merriam Webster). Hypnosiscan have a meaning for many things, not
only for fun at an event where there is hypnotist to make people do enjoyable things and everyone
laughs at them. There are serious reasons to putting someone under hypnosis as well. While being
in deep hypnosis, eye movement slows down and it seems to be state of sleep that... Show more

Which is the fact that one can stop what they are doing, but wants to keep doing it even though it
may not be what someone wants to do. The person being hypnotized has the inner portion observing
what the outside actions are and the outside body doing whatever is being told. The brain chooses to
listen and do what it is being told, but understands on the inside what is happening. If someone did
not want to do something while under hypnosis, they would know and not do something crazy
they would later regret. The subject s inner conscious would take over and deny the hypnotist
directions because they are not in a dream like manner. This connecting to the sociocognitive
approach, a person keeps their social role while being under hypnosis. They would stop doing
something if they truly did not want to do something and their inner self knows the limits of what
is too much to do. Also being under hypnosis, the person can recall people in their real life such as
names while following directions and pretending they are someone else that the hypnotist tells
someone to be. This theory is an opinion that a hypnotist gives hints to the person being hypnotized
what they should do or act like (Wade and Tavris, 2002, pg. 161) . This also states that people can
not have strengths that they do not when they are under, they just broaden up an imagination more
than some people think is possible. The theory dissociation explains that a person listens to the
hypnotist and then becomes what the hypnotist tells them, while the sociocognitive theory explains
that someone can get hypnotized and while they are hypnotized they know their limits. These
theories have some of the same ideas, but overall, do not believe the same

Sorrow Definition

Sorrow
Does everyone feel sorrow? That is the initial question to a much larger problem, for it does seem
as if some people do not. In any given city you d be able to tell the difference from an emo , and a
regular . An emo not necessarily being a dark clad hater, they are just people who feel an emotionto
the extreme; someone unable to cope with this emotion in such a way as for it to be invisible to
others. Say that this feeling is sorrow. Are these people feeling more sorrow than other people do,
or are they worse at coping with the feeling? That is the greater problem.
On one hand, the people who let their darkest emotions show have issues coping with them, and
let them show on their face like art on a canvas. However, whether or not this coping arises from
the mental strength of character, from experience, or simply from honesty, is the issue that is
presented to me in my mind, and what I need to clarify on, in order to deal with it myself.
Maybe being emotional about a problem, in a way that others might recognize, makes the given
problem easier to cope with, because you in turn do not also have to cope with the problem that
you do not understand. If you carry with you an aura of dread and despair, will people not
recognize these emotions in you? You might not acknowledge so yourself, but part of the problem
in concealing sorrow arises from the fact that everyone else carries on the way they did before. Life

A Study Of The Dodd Frank Act Essay
2010 2016: A Study of the Dodd Frank Act s Role in a Slow U.S. Economic Recovery After the
2008 Financial Crisis
The role that the Dodd Frank Act plays in the slow economic recovery from the 2008 financial
crisis has many aspects. The regulatory and compliance component of the law helped to
contribute to the slow economic recovery by adversely affecting the banking industry s ability to
provide credit specifically the community banks, ability to provide enough credit to the small
business and start up companies. The purpose of this paper is to show that there was a connection
between the slow economic recovery and the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer
Protection Act. The 2007 financial crisis had been called the great recession because it was so
severe. The government especially the Federal Reserve took unprecedented action to stabilize the
market. The Federal Reserve is the central bank of the United State established in 1913. Hubbard
and O Brien state that The Federal Reserve is task with monetary policy which is the management
of the money supply and interest rate to pursue macroeconomic policy objectives (11).
There are three major types of financial crisis banking, debt and currency however there is no
universal definition of a financial crisis. The 2008 financial crisis was a banking crisis it actually
started in 2007. Researchers had define a banking crisis as severe stress on the financial system,
such as runs on financial institutions or

Girl Interrupted vs. The Yellow Wallpaper
The main character in Susanna Kaysen s, Girl, Interrupted and Charlotte Perkins Gilman s, The
Yellow Wallpaper are similar in the fact that they both were suppressed by male dominants. Be it
therapist or physicians who either aided in their mental deformities or created them. They are
similar in the sense that they are both restricted to confinement and must endure life under the
watchful eye of overseers. However similar their situations may be, their responses are different.
In the stories, there were both positive and negative aspects and characteristics that the two
protagonists possessed. Both women were thought insane and although they may not have been
originally, being locked up made other ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
She does rebel at times but for the majority of the book, she remains compliant. Gilman on the
other hand doesn t always respond positively to her physicians. Gilman is passive in this sense but
aggressive as well because she acts on her own beliefs. Throughout, The YellowWallpaper, Gilman
is forbidden to invoke her passion; writing. Her brother and husband, John are both highly
respected doctors that believe Congenial work, with excitement and change, would only worsen
her case. But in spite of them, she writes anyway making sure not to be seen. Gilman s character
is a little more manic than Kaysen because she is locked up in her own house alone for the
majority of her time. She is unable to leave without permission or write ever. In this aspect, I feel
that being passive aggressive is a positive characteristic because it allows Gilman to fool her
husband into believing she is improving. When in actuality, she s not and she may be going crazy
being cooped up in the house all the time. However it is a negative because unlike Kaysen, she acts
on her impulses without thinking them through. She doesn t take into consideration what the
consequences of her actions may be. For instance, when she starts to notice the figures behind the
wallpaper taking form, she starts to peel off the wallpaper. Although she says she is trying to rescue
the girl stuck behind the dreaded colored paper, this act does not show her husband she is not crazy.

Technology And The Loss Of Socially Dependence On Technology
Technology has rapidly progressed and has become a big part of everyday life. From cell phones
to self driving cars, technology is relied on every day, of every minute. People are starting to
depend on technology so much that soon, they will not be able to do anything themselves. Some
may say that technology will make life more easier and efficient, but what they may not know is
that when people make life too efficient, it can just as easily malfunction and have loopholes.
(Add something to transition) Texting instead of talking. Selfies instead of socializing. Screens
instead of success. People are too reliant on technology and they do not live in the moment, they
do not interact with people face to face, and technology can cause loss of basic motor skills.
People have become overly dependent on technology by not being able to live in the moment
anymore. For instance, people who are watching a performance are most likely to be on their
phones posting pictures about it on social media. As stated by Huffington Post, According to T
Mobile, 47 percent of any guided audience text others during a show, while 32 percent engage in
social media during a show (Silva 2014). To advance further, a large phone network is saying that
a percentage of an audience are not paying attention to the performance and instead are busy on
their devices. Instead of enjoying the show they are missing a once in a lifetime experience.
According to CNN, The report reveals a dramatic one hour

Cross Listings On International Exchanges
The past few decades have witnessed the increased internationalization of various firms through
cross listings on international exchanges. This has been facilitated by market liberalisation, which
has led to greater integration of global securities markets. Cross border listing has become one of
the avenues for the integration of global securities markets.
There are two forms of cross border listing, namely, direct listing and indirect listing. Direct listing
implies that the firm concerned offers ordinary shares to the public. Indirect listing on exchanges
is through Depository Receipts (DRs). Depository receipt is a negotiable certificate issued by a
bank in a domestic country that represent ownership of shares in companies of other countries.
Cross listing, particularly through DRs such as American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) or Global
Depositary Receipts (GDRs), is a popular way of internationalization among firms from emerging
economies. In addition to Europe and America, international firms are allowed to cross list in other
countries through the DR programme.
There could be several reasons for a domestic company to cross list, such as an expanding investor
base, the desire to improve stock liquidity through its highly liquid secondary market, the
increasing visibility of the company, a growing customer base, and the wish to take advantage of
higher valuations. From the perspective of investors, cross listing mitigates some of the

  • 2. Texas Constitution Vs. U.s. Constitution Texas is considered a very diverse and unique state in many different aspects. It is the second largest state with more than twenty six million people residing. People all over the state live in a variety of environments, cities, suburbs, rural areas, you name it. Of course though, like in everything else, there are always both positive and negative things. However, despite the fact that Texas have very high poverty rates and it has the second highest income inequality, Texas is a very interesting state and it has a lot of things that are worth learning about. I learned some things about Texas politics that I thought were very interesting. These topics include the State Constitution and the legislature. The Texas Constitution and the U.S. Constitution is very similar to each other in terms of structure. Both documents provide framework, and the amendments come from the will of the people. The Texas Constitution was written to govern the the individual state alone so it should be more specific and less flexible to change. On the other hand, the U.S Constitution is more flexible than the Texas Constitution because of the fact that it was designed to be governing a total of fifty states with each individual states differing from others in values, beliefs, attitudes, behaviors, and the states consist of individuals who have similar values. Today, we are still operating under the 1876 Constitution with four hundred ninety one amendments, which includes a preamble and seventeen ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 3. Why Was The Death Penalty Considered A Cruel And Unusual... The Death Penalty The Death Penalty started in the eighteenth Century B.C. when it was established into the Code of King Hammurabi in Babylon, which codified the the Death Penalty for 25 different crimes. The Eighth Amendment states that the Death Penalty is considered a cruel and unusual punishment, which means that the Death Penalty is unfair to the persons getting the Penalty, but is also unconstitutional because it s a punishment that ends the lives of people. So really you are killing the person that killed another or more, and you are just adding to the death toll. I oppose the Death Penalty because it could put innocent lives to death and costs way too much the country could afford to use. To actually conduct a Death Penalty... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The risk of innocent people being sentenced is high. About 14% of executions were of the innocent, and they weren t found out until long after their execution. This supports my claim because too many innocent people are being executed against their will, and most of them aren t even involved with the murder, just innocent bystanders who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. In conclusion, there is just too much risk of innocent bystanders being executed for doing nothing wrong, and we should get the facts and evidence straight before we go kill an innocent ... • 4. Chapter Fifteen Week 1 Accounting Summary I chose to do a section within chapter fifteen which is all about accounting. In my opinion, accounting is the hardest concentration you can take on. I believe this because there are many different components that go into even just a simple transaction. Accounting is a comprehensive system for collecting, analyzing, and communicating financial information to a firm s owners and employees, to the public, and various regulatory agencies. The basics to accounting in bookkeeping. However, accounting is much more than just keeping records. Accountants assess the information in order to make firms make informed decisions. Many people rely on this information including business managers, employees and unions, investors and creditors, tax authorities, and government regulatory agencies. Each one of them use the same information but in a different way. For example, business majors use the information to assess how they are doing and what they would like to do in the future. However, investors and creditors use the information to assess the risk of both lending money and potentially investing in them. Information kept by accountants are a vital part of anyone in the business sector. There are two main fields you can go into. The first is financial accounting. Financial accounting focuses on the external users. This includes stockholders, agencies, suppliers, and creditors. When they prepare their reports such as the income statement and the balance sheet, they focus on the business as a whole. Managerial accounting serves internal users.... After there is a clear understanding, you can then look into the different areas of accounting. After reading this section, I am most interested in the forensic area. • 5. Examples Of Cultural Diverse Dances Cultural Diverse Dances The culture diverse dances represent people s identity throughout different places in the world. Several authors discussed how culturally diverse dances would help people to keep their culture based on movement, posture, gesture, and rhythm. Warta (2010) discussed both tradition and modern forms of choreography dance, which celebrates the Samoan culture. Samoan people always focus on three main components of life, the faith, family, and especially music, which tell the story of the Samoan people. Stanley (2009) emphasizes the traditional dances of the Tongan people which are stories sung by the singers and acted out by the dancers. Warta (2010) discussed how each Samoan dance was formed, and how it became their traditional dances. For example, the sasa which is known as the clap dance where men clap their hands and slap their chests, legs, and arms in a synchronized rhythm. This was the dance that began as a functional way to swat back mosquitos and later turned into a traditional form of movement. Stanley (2009) shared how Samoa represented words through movement of the hands and feet, and not the hips. This is why every time they dance; every action represents words or lyrics of the song. Traditional Tongan dances are stories sung by the singers and acted out by the dancers (Stanley, 2009). These stories are either about the Christian missionaries or the king of Tongan. One of the Tongan traditional dances is called lakalaka where it requires everyone to stand and dance. It begins slowly but builds to a rhythmic finish. Now comes the Hawaiian dance where hula is their traditional dance, and it is steeped in ancient traditions with a fascinating and intricate history that is only made more intriguing give the storytelling element of the different dances (Gibbs, 2015). Hula dance is a beloved and cherished cultural tradition on the Hawaiian Islands. It requires dancers to move their hips, not like the Samoan and Tongan, which they don t. Different hula dances are not only about the story of different islands and their beauty, the exploits of royalty, people of those islands, major events, and travelers, but also about honoring the chief or monarch (Hula Alii), animals (Hula Holoholona), Goddess of fire, lightning, wind, and volcanoes (Hula Pele), and to the western who came to the ... She would have over 20 people in her house and she would get up and cook of all of us. When the first time she got sick she went to the hospital and that would be the first of many days. My grandmother is an inspiration to me.She did everything she could t help and needy soul. She once brought a dog into her house to help it back on its feet, and even helped it give birth. • 7. The Availability Of Fast Food Essay The availability of fast food is contributing to the rise of Obesity in New Zealand Question 1: Explain the view point and find evidence to support the view I believe that some people have this view because fast food outlets usually consist of fatty foods. This means that people who don t have much time or money can easily go out and buy food for themselves and their children. Studies show that New Zealand fast food consumption was an estimated 2 3 kgs per person per year. Studies also show that nearly $2000 is spent on fast foods every year. In Cambridge alone there are multiple fast food outlets. These include KFC, McDonalds, Dominoes, Pizza hut etc. because these foods are extremely high in fats when they are a consumed they cause people to gain wait. If you eat these foods once a week they will not really harm you but if you eat it regularly and do no exercise often you will become obese. This is the problem that is happening in New Zealand. Instead of people just buying them once a week people are buying them 3 to 4 times a week and it s causing their diets to be unhealthy. In Cambridge and Hamilton there are healthy options available these can include Subway, Kebabs, and local bakeries that sell sandwiches etc. Question 2: Gather evidence for and against different points of views? The professionals say that policies should be put in so that they cannot advertise junk foods so that kids do not go out and buy it. There has been 3000 institutions of professionals who ... • 10. Summary Of The Diary Of Anne Frank The Diary of Anne Frank, is a book of the writings from the Dutch language diary kept by Anne Frank while she was in hiding for two years with her family during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands. The family was apprehended in 1944, and Anne Frank died of typhus in the Bergen Belsen concentration camp in 1945. The diary was retrieved by Miep Gies, who gave it to Anne s father, Otto Frank, the family s only known survivor, just after the war was over. The diary has since been published in more than 60 languages. In August 1944, they were discovered and deported to Nazi concentration camps. They were long thought to have been betrayed, although there are indications that their discovery may have been accidental, that the police raid had actually targeted ration fraud .Of the eight people, only Otto Frank survived the war. Anne died when she was 15 years old in Bergen Belsen, from typhus. The exact date of her death is unknown, and has long been believed to be in early March, a few weeks before the prisoners were liberated by British troops in April 1945. However, new research in 2015 indicated that Anne may have died in February. Anne Frankwas a young Jewish girl who lived and died during the Holocaust. The Frank family hid from the Nazis for two long years in a Secret Annex at the back of a warehouse. During that time, Anne kept a diary in which she not only wrote about the horrors of war but the everyday problems of being a teenager. Selected for labor due to ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

You dominated your end of course exam with a 92% to become a 5 level as an Aircraft Structural Maintainer. However, looking at your hands on training completion date I began to question if you truly understood the material. I also questioned if you received the proper training. Unlike the average completion dates I ve seen in the past, you completed your 5 level tasks in roughly 16 months versus the norm of 8 10 months. On the contrary, my perception of how you affected the team dynamic in the shop was that of an executor. Why did I recommend this specific additional duty to you? The reason I am recommending this additional duty to you is because I sincerely believe you will excel in this position. This program requires a very specific structure and the responsibility it carries is very is significant. Handling chemicals with the right personal protective equipment is crucial to the safety of the personnel in your section. Based on your team role as an executor, I think you would soar in this additional duty because of your ability to follow specific regulations and your high standards. You ve always been quick to say No when members wanted you to do a task that wasn t justified by technical data. I foresee you having zero issues ensuring the chemicals that are used continuously are labelled correctly and cleaned before and after use. Which is an issue we both have seen continuously occur over the past few months. It seems like every few weeks the shop acquires a Quality Assurance (QA) fail for improper storage of HAZ material. • 12. Critical Reasoning Of Sin And The Serpent Critical Reasoning of Sin and the Serpent There are a number of circumstances involving the temptation to suggest that the serpent chose the ideal and appropriate instant, place and individuals upon which to formulate his assault. Some have said that the approach was intentionally directed to the woman Eve, the fragile one of the two, and not Adam. On the contrary, some scholars say that the Scriptures indicate that Adam was present while the conversation between the woman and the serpent took place. Genesis 3:6 specifies that the conversation involved Adam and that he also was present.12 In addition, this also implies a very meticulous strategy by the tempter. Primarily, as noted above, he directs his attack towards the weaker vessel. Eve, though not inferior to Adam, was created with a submissive role, which placed her in a more fitting position. The emergence of feminist criticism of the Hebrew Bible offers several important examples of the integration of scholarly issues and broader cultural concerns.13 First of all, these critics have masked the meaning of the word adam in Genesis 2 3. On the one hand, man is the first human formed. But on the other hand, adam is a generic term for humankind. The word adam is the Hebrew word for human. Nevertheless, the word adam derives from the word adamah, which means earth or ground.14 The imperative command to adam not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, was given to both the man and the woman. • 13. The Controversy Of Banning Boxing It is well known that boxing is a dangerous and violent sport, as the main concept of the sport is to knock out the opponent. Many boxers have been seriously injured or even died because of boxing. Many people believe the sport should be banned because of the violent and dangerous nature. However, there are others who believe that the sport could be made safer and will have no need to be banned. Boxing is a very dangerous sport; competitors die every year, whether during a match or because of an injury transpired from boxing. Some of the injuries caused by boxing can make people disabled, like Michael Watson. Medical associations want to end boxing after carrying out medical studies, showing that boxing can lead to long term brain damage, and can even lead to illnesses like Parkinson s disease. Brain tissue is quite a soft mass and the blood vessels within it are strong, when the head is hit, a blood vessel can snap, leading to a hemorrhage, or can create microscopic tearing of the brain tissue around the vessel. Banning boxing can put an end to unnecessary deaths and injuries, including brain damage. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... • 15. The Affordable Care Act Policy Problem During the botched 2010 roll out of the affordable care act, multiple veteran s agencies marched on Washington with fears of how the Tax/Mandate would affect indigent veterans who could not afford the penalty and could not afford secondary insurance. In their hubris, these agents pushed an agenda that has greatly hurt the veteran population. Prior to the affordable care act, The Veterans health administrationwas an organizational based health care system. There were resources enough at that point to afford the benefits veterans had rightly accrued with their service and sacrifice. Veterans who receive care at the VA fit into two categories. They either are disabled from Service or they are means tested in. With the growing increase of the Disabled population in the veteran community from the Gulf Wars, the budget has taken a strangle hold on the VA Administration. In an effort to still operate, Senior Officials have chosen to break federal law because there has never been any real accountability in the bureaucracy that is the VA. One of the VA s biggest issues right now is in regards to Quality of Care and Customer Satisfaction. Targeted media leaks and Congressional Testimony has shown how varied the opinion of care is. • 17. Theodore Roosevelt s First Progressive President Theodore Roosevelt is considered by many to be America s first progressive president due to his conservationism, his military prowess, and the natural ease with which he handled national and worldwide politics. He had a vision for the place he wanted America to be, a courage that made him admirable, and a jovial attitude that made people love him. Not only did he take steps to make the office of president more important than it once was, he tried to do so in ways that were important. One of these ways was by protecting the natural beauty of America so that it would not be entirely depleted before it could replenish itself. Another way was by proving his leadership, his bravery, and his dedication to complete the task at hand in the military. His struggle for equality in his nation and international peace also show his determination to make the world better. These points prove that Theodore Roosevelthad his eyes set on the future and was determined to move toward it. Conservationism, the preservation and protection of natural resources, is something that Roosevelt frequently stressed the importance of during his presidency. Roosevelt believed that the government had a responsibility to take care of the nation s environment, so he worked to create many parks, agencies, and acts to do so ( The Theodore Roosevelt Administrations. ). These methods, though more effective than herbicides, are more time consuming. Vines must be mowed down just above ground level every month or two during the growing season in order to prevent them from growing back. When using this method of kudzu control, all of the plant material must be removed and/or destroyed (burned) to prevent the vines from taking root and re growing (Miller, J. H., Edwards, B. , 1983). Objection To Pascal s Wager Argument In this paper, I will evaluate blackburn s objection to how he deems Pascal s use of notion metaphysical ignorance as a problematic starting position to arrive the conclusion of Pascal s Wager argument. In Metaphysical ignorance , which refers to the idea that Pascal posits in the beginning of his Wager argument, that we know neither what Godis nor what kinds of attributes and properties God has. As a result of this knowing, Pascal sets out four options to wager, which is four possible consequences of belief or disbelief whether God exists or not, by implying us to choose the one which offers eternal happiness and gains; However, the options are flawed since Blackburn thinks Pascal can not assume there is an eternal gain or loss especially... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Subsequently, he builds his wager argument by assuming four outcomes on the basis of four options since we do not know whether God is essentially in existence. He offers four choices: First, If we believe in God, and God in fact exists, then we will be rewarded by infinite happiness. Second, If we believe in God, and God in fact does not exist, then I will have no payoff. Third, If we do not believe in God, and God in fact does not exist, then we will get infinite pain. Forth, If I do not believe in God, and God in fact does not exist, I will have no payoff too. Pascal is attempt to justify belief in God is not with an appeal to evince God s existence. But rather, is with an appeal to our own interest by choosing the one what benefits us. From the four options Pascal presents, I presume he does not know What attributes God owns since he starts the position of metaphysical ignorance before framing these options; however, Pascal s set up for wager indicates he does know something. For instance, he knows God could be either punishing or rewarding people regarding the decision we wager. Considered from this point, I conclude that Blackburn develops stronger argument in which he points of the self contradictory nature of Pascal s position of metaphysical ignorance. The following essay looks at how those influences helped to shape a new genre in the film industry, sighting Easy Rider as a main example, and suggests some possible reasons for the relatively short popularity of the genre. When Iago with unperceived scoffing reminds Roderigo, who is drawn with merciless attraction to the unreachable Desdemona, that love effects an unwonted nobility in men, he states a doctrine which he knows is true but in which he may not believe. Ennoblement by love is a real possibility in men, but Iago has to view it with bitterness and to try to undermine it. (333 34) The theme of hate is the theme on which the play opens. Lily B. Following the post World War II era came the opportunity for the world s most powerful nations to make a significant impact on a war torn world. The two super power nations of the time, the United States and the Soviet Union, craved to influence vulnerable and poverty ridden nations like Africa as these natives were easily to manipulate. A desire to spread and influence western ideology, specifically Christianity, to rural nations is depicted in Barbra Kingsolver s novel The Poisonwood Bible. The Communist Manifesto breaks down the relationship of socio economic classes and specifically identifies the friction between those classes. Karl Marxessentially presents a well analyzed understanding of class struggles and the issues concerning capitalism, the means and modes of production and how those means affect the classes as a whole. Every society is structured or designed with the intention to form social classes; classes that will determine the social mobility of each individual living within it. Within the social hierarchy, there is inevitably one class that essentially oppresses the others. The Communist Manifesto features The Bourgeoisie and The Proletarians, and explains that the relationship between the two classes is a common frictional relationship that has occurred countless times throughout history. It explains that the modern Bourgeoisie will eventually fall, due to their inability to maintain a lifestyle for the proletarians; which is ultimately caused by the instability of capitalism. Farmers today are still paid through subsidies whether they produce a good crop or not, so to many, it seems very backward to pay farmers not to produce crops. It was originally the computer division of Lucasfilm, and became its own corporation in 1986 with funding from Apple cofounder Steve Jobs. I believe Catmull and Lasseter follow the House s Path Goal theory of leadership. The basis of path goal is that effective leaders motivate subordinates to achieve goals by 1: Clearly identifying the outcomes that subordinates are trying to obtain from the workplace. In the Disney Pixar aspect, the main goal of everyone is to come up with new innovated film ideas that have never been done before. Always trying to push the envelope. This in an interesting job assignment, very challenging this day and age because everything is just getting bigger and bigger. 2: Rewarding subordinates with these outcomes for high performance and the attainment of work goals. • 38. Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor ( Vegf ) . Introduction BehcВёet s disease is a systemic vasculitis of unknown origin, characterized by recurrent oral and genital ulcers, uveitis, vas cular manifestations and other multisystem affections [1,2]. Vasculitis causes endothelial destruction and thrombosis [3]. Inflammatory thrombosis is well known in BD [4]. It has been recognized that vascular endothelial dysfunction occurs in BD and plays a substantial role in the vascular lesions. The path ogenic mechanism is uncertain [5]. There are several identified vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) family members: VEGF (VEGF A), VEGF B, VEGF C, VEGF D and placenta growth factor which are key regulators of physiological and pathological vasculogene sis, angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis, hematopoiesis and vascu lar permeability. VEGF is essential for angiogenesis and inflammation that are pathophysiologic factors of BD [6]. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is a potent cytokine that modulates angiogenesis and vasculogenesis by acting as an essential mitogen for vascular endothelial cells [7]. It is an important factor in the progression of atherosclerosis [8]. Common carotid intima media thickness is an endothelial cell dysfunction parameter that may be associated with athero sclerosis [9]. Its thickness is a known good predictor of cardio vascular accidents in the general population [10] and has been reported in the patients with different rheumatic diseases as a strong predictor of cardiovascular events [11]. • 40. Consequences Of Work Family Conflicts And Enrichment Consequences of Work Family Conflicts and Enrichment Role accumulation and work family enrichment There are three ways in which participation in multiple roles often referred to as role accumulation can produce positive outcomes for individuals. First, work experiences and family experiences can have additive effects on well being. Research has consistently demonstrated that role accumulation can have beneficial effects on physical and psychological well being, especially when the roles are of high quality. In addition, satisfaction with work and satisfaction with family have been found to have additive effects on an individual s happiness, life satisfaction, and perceived quality of life. Such research suggests that individuals who participate in and are satisfied with work and family roles experience greater well being than those who participate in only one of the roles or who are dissatisfied with one or more of their roles. Second, participation in both work and family roles can buffer individuals from distress in one of the roles. For example, research has shown that the relationship between family stressors and impaired well being is weaker for individuals who have more satisfying, high quality work experiences. In a similar vein, the relationship between work stress and impaired well being is attenuated for individuals who have a more satisfying, high quality family life. These moderator effects suggest that a diverse portfolio of social roles buffers an individual ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 42. Social Work And Social Work The Common and Separate Ground On the first page of Keith Lucas s, So You Want to be a Social Worker he makes note of how Christianity and social work share a lot of the same values, because of this the practice of social work can be viewed as a form of ministry. For example, most social workers, no matter their religion believe that all people have worth, and see a great importance in the showing of understanding and kindness towards them. Through my studies in APS 101, at Redeemer University College, I have learned that social workwas brought up by the Church; I never knew of this relationship. This new knowledge makes me eager to learn more about the field, and the ways in which I can use it to serve not only my neighbors, but God himself, through its missionary characteristics. This text has shown me that my beliefs impact the way I see the world, the people in it, and that my thoughts and actions are inevitably affected by them. As I move deeper into my studies, I am learning the importance of this, and of bringing my whole self into whatever situations I face. Societal values are constantly changing, but Christian values remain firm, as they are planted with biblical roots (Keith Lucas, 1987, p.3). Social Work and Christian Beliefs I now understand that the conflicting beliefs, under the blanket of Christianity can be divided into three categories. The first are the primary beliefs, these are foundational and include events, such as God creating the world and ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

The body showed signs of violence indicating that the man was murdered rather than dying of natural causes. They could have a disease themselves, may know someone or of someone that has one, or the country where they live could have have faced a disease epidemic. Epidemics, which we have studied in our course, analyze how diseases spread and how outbreaks affect countless individuals in countless different countries. This topic relates directly to course material as it encompasses many of the situations and ideas that have been discussed such as, poverty, dying, environment, and social factors and how they relate and coincide with disease. The country you reside in ultimately dictates the technological advances that you have access to when dealing with stopping the spread of diseases. Epidemics also can be considered by looking at poverty because non industrialized countries have a harder time when it comes to dealing with the spread of disease as they do not possess the tools that are used to prevent spreading. We have studied how the overall development of the country where you live can play a very important role in the assistance you receive as well as the level of care. Thus, the next five articles consider how diseases are handled and dealt with depending on the location of the country and whether or not it is an industrialized or non industrialized. Limitations And Limitations Of Evolutionary Algorithms LIMITATIONS OF EVOLUTIONARY ALGORITHMS Evolutionary algorithms are very promising problem solving techniques but at the same time, they have a few limitations that can result in loss of efficiency. Difficult parameter tuning: Any implementation of an Evolutionary algorithms will require the specification of various parameters, such as population size, mutation rate, and maximum run time, as well as the design of selection, recombination, and mutation procedures. Finding effective choices for these is itself a hard problem with little to no theoretical support. In practice researchers must rely on any available anecdotal reports from related problems, and lots of trial and error. No assurance of convergence: There is no assurance that the evolutionary algorithm will converge to a global optimum. There is a possibility that it gets stuck in one of the local optima. This is the reason why EAs cannot be applied to real time problems where the accuracy and validity of the solution cannot be compromised. Keeping in view, the advantages and limitations of evolutionary algorithms, following three algorithms have been employed in this work for automatic generations of Quantum and reversible classical circuits: 1.Genetic Algorithm 2.Quantum Inspired Evolutionary Algorithm 3.Hybrid Quantum Inspired Evolutionary Algorithm GENETIC ALGORITHM Genetic Algorithm is a heuristic search and optimization algorithm which like any other Evolutionary Algorithm, mimics the process of ... The person being hypnotized has the inner portion observing what the outside actions are and the outside body doing whatever is being told. The brain chooses to listen and do what it is being told, but understands on the inside what is happening. If someone did not want to do something while under hypnosis, they would know and not do something crazy they would later regret. The subject s inner conscious would take over and deny the hypnotist directions because they are not in a dream like manner. This connecting to the sociocognitive approach, a person keeps their social role while being under hypnosis. They would stop doing something if they truly did not want to do something and their inner self knows the limits of what is too much to do.
