This document discusses sentiment analysis and summarizes several papers on related topics. It begins with an abstract describing sentiment analysis and its importance. The introduction defines sentiment classification and analysis. The literature survey section summarizes 5 papers on natural language processing and machine learning algorithms for sentiment analysis, including K-means clustering, bag-of-words models, TF-IDF vectorization for document clustering, hierarchical clustering methods, and using naive bayes and SVM for sentiment analysis and text summarization. Information extraction from text has therefore been pursued actively as an attempt to present knowledge from published material in a computer readable format. An automated extraction tool would not only save time and efforts, but also pave way to discover hitherto unknown information implicitly conveyed in this paper. Work in this area has focused on extracting a wide range of information such as chromosomal location of genes, protein functional information, associating genes by functional relevance and relationships between entities of interest. While clinical records provide a semi-structured, technically rich data source for mining information, the publications, in their unstructured format pose a greater challenge, addressed by many approaches.

Sentiment classification aims to detect information such as opinions, explicit , implicit feelings expressed
in text. The most existing approaches are able to detect either explicit expressions or implicit expressions of
sentiments in the text separately. In this proposed framework it will detect both Implicit and Explicit
expressions available in the meeting transcripts. It will classify the Positive, Negative, Neutral words and
also identify the topic of the particular meeting transcripts by using fuzzy logic. This paper aims to add
some additional features for improving the classification method. The quality of the sentiment classification
is improved using proposed fuzzy logic framework .In this fuzzy logic it includes the features like Fuzzy
rules and Fuzzy C-means algorithm.The quality of the output is evaluated using the parameters such as
precision, recall, f-measure. Here Fuzzy C-means Clustering technique measured in terms of Purity and
Entropy. The data set was validated using 10-fold cross validation method and observed 95% confidence
interval between the accuracy values .Finally, the proposed fuzzy logic method produced more than 85 %
accurate results and error rate is very less compared to existing sentiment classification techniques.
Parameters Optimization for Improving ASR Performance in Adverse Real World N...Waqas Tariq
From the existing research it has been observed that many techniques and methodologies are available for performing every step of Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) system, but the performance (Minimization of Word Error Recognition-WER and Maximization of Word Accuracy Rate- WAR) of the methodology is not dependent on the only technique applied in that method. The research work indicates that, performance mainly depends on the category of the noise, the level of the noise and the variable size of the window, frame, frame overlap etc is considered in the existing methods. The main aim of the work presented in this paper is to use variable size of parameters like window size, frame size and frame overlap percentage to observe the performance of algorithms for various categories of noise with different levels and also train the system for all size of parameters and category of real world noisy environment to improve the performance of the speech recognition system. This paper presents the results of Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and Accuracy test by applying variable size of parameters. It is observed that, it is really very hard to evaluate test results and decide parameter size for ASR performance improvement for its resultant optimization. Hence, this study further suggests the feasible and optimum parameter size using Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) for enhancing resultant accuracy in adverse real world noisy environmental conditions. This work will be helpful to give discriminative training of ubiquitous ASR system for better Human Computer Interaction (HCI). Modeling Text Independent Speaker Identification with Vector QuantizationTELKOMNIKA JOURNAL
Speaker identification is one of the most important technologies nowadays. Many fields such as
bioinformatics and security are using speaker identification. Also, almost all electronic devices are using
this technology too. Based on number of text, speaker identification divided into text dependent and text
independent. On many fields, text independent is mostly used because number of text is unlimited. So, text
independent is generally more challenging than text dependent. In this research, speaker identification text
independent with Indonesian speaker data was modelled with Vector Quantization (VQ). In this research
VQ with K-Means initialization was used. K-Means clustering also was used to initialize mean and
Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering was used to identify K value for VQ. The best VQ accuracy was
59.67% when k was 5. According to the result, Indonesian language could be modelled by VQ. This
research can be developed using optimization method for VQ parameters such as Genetic Algorithm or
Particle Swarm Optimization.
Information Retrieval System is an effective process that helps a user to trace relevant information by Natural Language Processing (NLP). In this research paper, we have presented present an algorithmic Information Retrieval System(BIRS) based on information and the system is significant mathematically and statistically. This paper is demonstrated by two algorithms for finding out the lemmatization of Bengali words such as Trie and Dictionary Based Search by Removing Affix (DBSRA) as well as compared with Edit Distance for the exact lemmatization. We have presented the Bengali Anaphora resolution system using the Hobbs’ algorithm to get the correct expression of information. As the actions of questions answering algorithms, the TF-IDF and Cosine Similarity are developed to find out the accurate answer from the documents. In this study, we have introduced a Bengali Language Toolkit (BLTK) and Bengali Language Expression (BRE) that make the easiest implication of our task. We have also developed Bengali root word’s corpus, synonym word’s corpus, stop word’s corpus and gathered 672 articles from the popular Bengali newspapers ‘The Daily Prothom Alo’ which is our inserted information. For testing this system, we have created 19335 questions from the introduced information and got 97.22% accurate answer.

Decrypting take an encrypted text and converting it back into an original text. Data extracting is a process which is the reverse of the data embedding process. The effectiveness evaluation is mainly determined by the performance metric aspect. The intention of researchers is to improve performance metric characteristics. The evaluation success is mainly determined by the performance analysis aspect. The objective of this paper is to present a review on the study of steganography in natural language based on the criteria of the performance analysis. The findings review will clarify the preferred performance metric aspects used. This review is hoped to help future research in evaluating the performance analysis of natural language in general and the proposed secured data revealed on natural language steganography in specific.

Social media communication is evolving more in these days. Social networking site is being rapidly increased in recent years, which provides platform to connect people all over the world and share their interests. The conversation and the posts available in social media are unstructured in nature. So sentiment analysis will be a challenging work in this platform. These analyses are mostly performed in machine learning techniques which are less accurate than neural network methodologies. This paper is based on sentiment classification using Competitive layer neural networks and classifies the polarity of a given text whether the expressed opinion in the text is positive or negative or neutral. It determines the overall topic of the given text. Context independent sentences and implicit meaning in the text are also considered in polarity classification.

Abstract
There are many data mining techniques have been proposed for mining useful patterns from documents. Still, how to effectively use and update discovered patterns is open for future research , especially in the field of text mining. As most existing text mining methods adopted term-based approaches, they all suffer from the problems of polysemy(words have multiple meanings) and synonymy(multiple words have same meaning). People have held hypothesis that pattern-based approaches should perform better than the term-based, but many experiments does not support this hypothesis. This paper presents an innovative and effective pattern discovery technique which includes the processes of pattern deploying and pattern matching, to improve the effective use of discovered patterns.

Abstract Text mining refers to the process of deriving high quality information from text. It is also known as knowledge discovery from text (KDT), deals with the machine supported analysis of text. It is used in various areas such as information retrieval, marketing, information extraction, natural language processing, document similarity, and so on. Document Similarity is one of the important techniques in text mining. In document similarity, the first and foremost step is to classify the files based on their category. In this research work, various classification rule techniques are used to classify the computer files based on their extensions. For example, the extension of computer files may be pdf, doc, ppt, xls, and so on. There are several algorithms for rule classifier such as decision table, JRip, Ridor, DTNB, NNge, PART, OneR and ZeroR. In this research work, three classification algorithms namely decision table, DTNB and OneR classifiers are used for performing classification of computer files based on their extension. The results produced by these algorithms are analyzed by using the performance factors classification accuracy and error rate. From the experimental results, DTNB proves to be more efficient than other two techniques. Index Terms: Data mining, Text mining, Classification, Decision table, DTNB, OneR

It contains various customized modules for effectively maintaining automobiles and stock information accurately and safely.
When the automobile is sold to the customer, stock will be reduced automatically. When a new purchase is made, stock will be increased automatically. While selecting automobiles for sale, the proposed software will automatically check for total number of available stock of that particular item, if the total stock of that particular item is less than 5, software will notify the user to purchase the particular item.
Also when the user tries to sale items which are not in stock, the system will prompt the user that the stock is not enough. Customers of this system can search for a automobile; can purchase a automobile easily by selecting fast. On the other hand the stock of automobiles can be maintained perfectly by the automobile shop manager overcoming the drawbacks of existing system.
