This document describes a smart parking system that uses sensors and Internet connectivity to help drivers more efficiently find and reserve parking spaces. The system monitors available spaces in real-time and guides cars to open spots. It allows users to check space availability and reserve spots online through a website. When a driver arrives, their reservation is verified and they are directed to the assigned spot. Sensors detect when a spot is occupied and update numbers on a display to help traditional users find spaces. The system aims to reduce time spent searching and traffic caused by multiple cars competing for limited parking.
Reservation based s park system using embedded server and android applicationeSAT Journals
Abstract
Searching for a parking space in most metropolitan areas, especially during the rush hours, is difficult for car drivers. This problem arises from not knowing where the available spaces may be at that time; even if known, many vehicles may pursue very limited parking places to cause serious traffic congestion. In this project, we design and implement a prototype of smart parking (S-Park) system that allows drivers to effectively search and reserve the available parking spaces using an android application. By polling the parking status from the sensor networks deployed in parking lots, the reservation service is affected by the change of parking status. The drivers are allowed to access this system application on their Android Smartphones. The proposed reservation-based parking policy has the possibility to simplify the operations of parking systems, as well as minimize traffic congestion caused by parking searching thus making the parking system two-way efficient, that is, cost wise and time wise.

Automatic toll collection using optical code recognition and encryptioneSAT Journals
Abstract Automatic Toll Collection Using Optical Code Recognition and Encryption provides an alternative to the current existing toll collections techniques and tries to overcome the drawbacks of these system. In this system, the number plate of a particular vehicle is encrypted using DES algorithm and an OCR code is generated out of it. This code is used as sticker on the car windshield. High Definition (HD) cameras capture this code and image processing is performed using Open CV functions on the code. It is then matched in the database. If matched, the tax is debited from the users account and the vehicle is allowed to pass within seconds. If the balance is insufficient then only once pass is allowed. After that the payment has to be made manually. An additional feature that supports this system is that if a vehicle is stolen and an entry is being made in the central database for the same by the police then if the vehicle passes through the toll plaza, a silent alarm would buzz which would indicate the operator at the toll booth that the vehicle is a stolen vehicle. With growing, Car parking increases with the number of car users. With the increased use of smartphones and their applications, users prefer mobile phone-based solutions. This paper proposes the Smart Parking Management System (SPMS) that depends on Arduino parts, Android applications, and based on IoT. This gave the client the ability to check available parking spaces and reserve a parking spot. IR sensors are utilized to know if a car park space is allowed. Its area data are transmitted using the WI-FI module to the server and are recovered by the mobile application which offers many options attractively and with no cost to users and lets the user check reservation details. With IoT technology, the smart parking system can be connected wirelessly to easily track available locations.
This paper presents a novel approach for the computerization of driving license test system. In existing automated track has been implemented which includes in a driving test a candidate applying for license have to drive over all closed loop path in front of the authorities. He / She should be able to drive over the path without any support by resting his / her foot on the vehicle or land surface. If the candidate fails to do, he / she will be disqualified. The authorities will be watching the candidate manually. In proposed system, No authorities are needed for checking the candidates .Various sensors has been utilized for watching the candidate fails to their foot in the vehicle by differential output from the sensor can be monitored .The sensors installed are Load Sensor for checking the rest of foot on the vehicle or land surface .Smoke Sensor for checking the amount of smoke released while the accelerator raised. Grip Sensor for maintaining the gear speed. Gyroscope (Accelerometer Sensor) for checking whether the candidate drives the vehicle in correct direction or not. So, Bribes could not be encouraged for issuing the license and no illegal action will be involved. We can get RTO license easily without any problem. R. Preethi | P. Rajeshwari | R. Right now economy, the number of vehicle user’s increments exponentially requesting all the more parking spots. Inescapable nearness of advanced cell urges users to lean toward mobile application based arrangements. The development of IoT has cleared the path for the incorporation of cell phones, remote correspondence advancements, and portable applications. internet of Things IoT assumes an indispensable job in interfacing the encompassing ecological things to the system and made simple to get to those un internet things from any remote area. Its unavoidable for the individuals to refresh with the developing technology. Also, for the most part, individuals are confronting issues on leaving vehicles in leaving spaces in a city. Lately, the idea of shrewd urban communities has picked up grind prevalence. On account of the development of the Internet of things savvy city currently is by all accounts attainable. Predictable endeavors are being made in the field of IoT so as to augment the efficiency and unwavering quality of the urban framework. Issues, for example, traffic clog, a restricted vehicle leaving offices and street security are being tended to by IoT. Right now, present an IoT based cloud incorporated shrewd stopping framework. The proposed Intelligent Parking framework comprises of an on location sending of an IoT module that is utilized to screen and signalize the condition of accessibility of each single parking spot. A versatile application is likewise given that permits an end client to check the accessibility of parking spots and book a stopping space as needs are. The paper likewise depicts an elevated level perspective on framework engineering. Towards the end, the paper talks about the working of the framework in the type of a utilization case that demonstrates the rightness of the proposed model. COLLEGE BUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROJECT REPORT.pdfKamal Acharya
The College Bus Management system is completely developed by Visual Basic .NET Version. The application is connect with most secured database language MS SQL Server. The application is develop by using best combination of front-end and back-end languages. The application is totally design like flat user interface. This flat user interface is more attractive user interface in 2017. The application is gives more important to the system functionality. The application is to manage the student’s details, driver’s details, bus details, bus route details, bus fees details and more. The application has only one unit for admin. The admin can manage the entire application. The admin can login into the application by using username and password of the admin. The application is develop for big and small colleges. It is more user friendly for non-computer person. Even they can easily learn how to manage the application within hours. The application is more secure by the admin. The system will give an effective output for the VB.Net and SQL Server given as input to the system. The compiled java program given as input to the system, after scanning the program will generate different reports. The application generates the report for users. The admin can view and download the report of the data. The application deliver the excel format reports. Because, excel formatted reports is very easy to understand the income and expense of the college bus. This application is mainly develop for windows operating system users. In 2017, 73% of people enterprises are using windows operating system. So the application will easily install for all the windows operating system users. The application-developed size is very low. The application consumes very low space in disk. Therefore, the user can allocate very minimum local disk space for this application.

Courier management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
It is now-a-days very important for the people to send or receive articles like imported furniture, electronic items, gifts, business goods and the like. People depend vastly on different transport systems which mostly use the manual way of receiving and delivering the articles. There is no way to track the articles till they are received and there is no way to let the customer know what happened in transit, once he booked some articles. In such a situation, we need a system which completely computerizes the cargo activities including time to time tracking of the articles sent. This need is fulfilled by Courier Management System software which is online software for the cargo management people that enables them to receive the goods from a source and send them to a required destination and track their status from time to time.
