This document presents a feasibility study of a residential building project in India. It analyzes critical factors that could affect the project's cash flow, such as booking rates, construction delays, and loan periods. The study uses sensitivity analysis to examine how the net present value and other metrics would change under different scenarios involving these critical factors. It finds that with a 10.74% cost of capital and 40-50% booking rate, the project is not feasible. However, with a 100% booking rate and other default parameters, the project has a positive NPV and is deemed feasible. The sensitivity analysis helps determine the robustness of the project under various potential situations involving the critical success factors.

Limited water source generates the need to manage water distribution in all areas of rice fields. For every 1 hectare fields, at least 0.5 litres of water per second is needed. The imbalance between the field and the available water discharge can cause conflicts in the Community farmers manage field. The purpose of this research is to assist in the Assembly Of Farmer Water users ("Perkumpulan Petani Pemakai Air" or "P3A") manage the scheduling and controlling irrigation sluice based IoT using mobile applications. The waterfall process model applied in developing mobile applications. Every feature that is created has been tested directly using Unit tests based on the application of the system used. The test is done by observing the system inputs and outputs of the system usability scale (SUS). Tests are also carried out using Post-Study with method of the SUS.

This paper presents the development of a sensor based smart irrigation system with the capabilities of remote monitoring and controlling of water usage in the agriculture field using Internet of Things (IoT). With the employment of IoT in irrigation system, all agricultural information can be viewed and controlled at the user's fingertips. The system consists of a microcontroller (Node MCU), sensors (soil moisture, DHT11), and irrigation of a water pump with a decision-making system. Sensors are linked to a Wi-Fi module (Node MCU) and are interdependent to provide increased sensitivity to the irrigation system. The data obtained will be uploaded to the cloud (ThingSpeak) and presented in the form of graphs accessible via the website. A web page is used to control the water pump for irrigation purposes. This paper is managed to meet all of its aims to help farmers in terms of time, project cost, labor, water consumption, power consumption, and reliability by implementing the IoT-based smart irrigation system.
An automatic lawn mower is a device or robot that help human to cut grass automatically. It will allow the user to cut their grass with minimal effort. The proposed robotmove on the grass of the garden, within a defined area thereby completes the task automatically. The electrical power required to energies the proposed system is provided from the solar panel. Single-Ended Primary-Inductor Converter (SEPIC)with Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algorithm and Fuzzy logic controller (FLC) is used at output of solar panel to improve the overall efficiency. The movement or the path of the automatic lawn mower is based on a path planning technique. Sensors are used to provide feedback from obstacles. Every action of the lawn mower is monitored by the PIC microcontroller with the help of the sensor. Unlike other robotic lawn mowers on the market, this design requires no perimeter wires to maintain the robot within the lawn. Through sensor arrangement, the proposed lawn mower avoidsobstacles and humans. A hardware prototype is implemented and successfully tested in the lawn.

The automotive industry and smart vehicles in particular, are confronting design issues such as being prone to electromagnetic interference (EMI). Electronic control devices calculate incorrect outputs because of EMI and sensors give misleading values which can prove fatal in case of automotives. In this paper, the authors have non exhaustively tried to review research work concerned with the investigation of EMI in ICs and prediction of this EMI using various modelling methodologies and measurement setups.
