It is realized that Nepalese construction had undertaken a high rise in its image internationally and nationally and has been participating in various organization as an active member. Besides these, there are many rumours and conflicts about the capability of Nepalese contractors about their technical and financial ability for not completing the projects undertaken by them within the given timeframe and of standard quality. Although construction entrepreneur of Class A in Nepal, have the opportunities to withstand in construction industry (as country is still in construction phase of infrastructure development) with full enthusiasm and effort, they seems to be demoralized by the policies, rules, guidance and support from the government and procedure of procurement of donor agencies during bidding in Mega Projects.
The study has covered construction firms registered as class A construction entrepreneur. The numbers of construction firms studied were fifty one (51). Random sampling method was performed to select the respondents. A questionnaire was developed to collect the datas for the study. The close ended question, open ended question, and ranking method of prioritization was adopted to obtain the necessary datas from the respondents.
The purpose of the study was to compare the existing equipment capabilities of Class A construction entrepreneurs with the prescribed requirement as per CBA 2055 & CBR 2056 and also to determine the current capacity of the class A construction entrepreneurs in terms of technical and financial capabilities. The study also has covered the exploration of common problems and difficulties felt in criteria of achieving qualification documents during bidding procedure , receiving payment during payment schedule, , taxation part, hiring qualified human resource in different construction sector and insecure felt during stages of tender purchase, tender drop and construction site execution works by class A construction entrepreneurs.
Percentage, frequency and charts were used to analyze the data. The result has showed that, in owning equipments most of the companies have failed to meet the prescribed standard as per CBA 2055 & CBR 2056. Only few numbers of contractors are extremely satisfied with their business. There are various factors like annual turnover & similar experience part in qualification procedure, escalated amount & running bill payment in payment procedure, insecurity due to hooliganism in construction business during site execution and tender drop, taxation system during refunding of the tax deducted at source amount. The research has also shown the unavailability of human resources in tunnel sector, hydropower sector and bridge sector in construction sector in present context.

Abstract
Most of the construction projects are exposed to time and cost overruns due to various factors and this is a major problem. As a solution to this, the Earned Value Management (EVM) method is considered. EVM is a powerful and well-known method used in monitoring and controlling the project. EVM gives an early indication that either project is delayed or not and the project is either over budget or under budget at any particular day by tracking it. Thus, it helps to improve the management control system of a construction project, to detect and control the problems in potential risk areas and to suggest the importance and purpose of monitoring the construction work. This paper explains the main parameters of the EVM system involved in the calculation of time and cost for construction projects. In this study, the Primavera P6 software is used to deals with the
project monitoring process of a seven-storey (G+6) faculty building whose construction is in progress at Istanbul, Turkey. A comparison between the planned progress of construction activities and actual progress is performed and the analysis results are interpreted. This case study justifies the benefits of using EVM for project cash flow analysis and forecasting.

Time-Cost Trade-Off Analysis in a Construction Project Problem: Case Studyijceronline
In construction project, cost and time reduction is crucial in today’s competitive market respect. Cost and time along with quality of the project play vital role in construction project’s decision. Reduction in cost and time of projects has increased the demand of construction project in the recent years. Trade-off between different conflicting aspects of projects is one of the challenging problems often faced by construction companies. Time, cost and quality of project delivery are the important aspects of each project which lead researchers in developing time-cost trade-off model. These models are serving as important management tool for overcoming the limitation of critical path methods frequently used by company. The objective of time-cost trade-off analysis is to reduce the original project duration with possible least total cost. In this paper critical path method with a heuristic method is used to find out the crash durations and crash costs. A regression analysis is performed to identify the relationship between the times and costs in order to formulize an optimization problem model. The problem is then solved by Matlab program which yields a least cost of $60937 with duration 129.50 ≈130 days. Applying this approach, the result obtained is satisfactory, which is an indication of usefulness of this approach in construction project problems.

As the Design phase is responsible for many critical decisions, many of cost overrun causes are related to such phase. This paper aims to identify the most significant causes of cost overrun related to the design phase in the Egyptian construction industry from the point of view of owners, consultant, designers, project managers and contractors. A list of cost overrun causes related to the design phase collected through an extensive literature review, main causes were adapted to the Egyptian construction industry through seven semi-structured interviews. The resultant list was submitted to a questionnaire survey for the impact and frequency quantitative evaluation. the results of the research is expected to help the participants in the design phase to develop more optimized design and avoid the most usual flaws that could led to cost overruns.

Risk Contingency Evaluation in International Construction Projects (Real Case...IJLT EMAS
Most construction companies operating in the global construction industry would undertake international projects to maximize their profitability through benefitting from the new attractive markets and reducing the dependence upon local markets. As a result of the nature of construction works the company and project's conditions actually include massive risks and uncertainty. So the risk sensitivity of projects costs should be assessed in a realistic manner. The comprehensive risk assessment method was introduced as a decision making supporting tool to be employed for international constructive projects through applying a risk model that will aid the procedures of evaluating risks and prioritizing such projects and assessing risk contingency value. Both the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), applied for evaluating risk factors weight (likelihood), and FUZZY LOGIC approach, applied for evaluating risk factors influence (Risk consequences) employing software aids such as EXECL and MATLAB software, were used for developing the risk model. The reliability of the developed software has been verified by applications on a real construction projects. The proposed methodology and decision support tool have been proved to be reliable for the estimation of cost overrun resulting from risk on basis of actual final reports of projects. Six actual case studies from different countries were chosen to determine the highest risk factors and to implement the designed models, test their results and evaluate risk cost impact. The proposed models result showed that: the highest and lowest risk contingency percentage of 48 % and 16 % were in Project no (5), (6) respectively in Egypt. On the other hand, the projects no (1, 2, 4,7) in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Libya and Jordan, the risk contingency of 29%, 39%, 20% and 28% respectively. The actual results are close to those of the proposed program.

This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric

Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.
