Pedagogical • Do you focus on subject specific apps or generalised apps? • How do you prepare teachers in classroom management for iPads? • Learner centred, active learning not teacher centred, passive learning – can be a challenge for some • Are they multi-user devices or personal devices? • Convincing teaching staff of their value! • Giving time to explore their potential

Organisational • Do you use a college account(s) or do you allow personal accounts to be used? • How do you cope with the staff development issues? • Do you allow students and tutors to use their own devices in your network? • Is your network sufficiently robust to cope with the number of devices? • Are senior management onside or do they view it as a gimmick
- 10. Individual • Do you allow personalisation of the iPad? • Do you allow students to take them home? • Do you allow them to us their own iTunes account? • What happens if a student loses (or has their iPad stolen)? • How do you build the staff and students’ confidence?
