Leisure is defined as free time that is not spent working or engaged in necessary daily activities like eating or sleeping. It involves activities done according to one's own choice and judgment during unobligated, discretionary time. Tourism, on the other hand, involves travel for purposes like holidays or business. While tourism is a part of leisure, leisure also encompasses many other areas like sports, culture, and hobbies that do not require travel. Studying leisure is important because it is concerned with how people spend their real lives and use their free time.

Research has shown that one of the avenues to make aware of once experiences, appreciations and blessings is through writing a gratitude journal or memoir. By journalizing our thought by hands or electronically, it may help us focus them, according to psychologist Robert Emmons, who says that he does this routinely to remind himself; it makes apple of time to understand the meaning and importance of people and events. It has been found that one should go for a depth in writing rather than breadth, because this will help one to enjoy what one appreciates, and what to keep in journals. Documentations of our experiences, appreciations, thanks and blessing are forms of projecting or showing our gratitude to the present inhabitants and the future generations (Metzer, 2009). It has come to my awareness through research and numerous readings that one of the best ways to show appreciations and blessings of our life is by psychologically recording our thanks, experiences and making them known by writing a journal or journalizing (Skinner, 2007).

Abstract: Health, as we all think is a state of feeling well and not being ill. The concept of health varies across time and place. Historically and culturally, there have been many attempts to define health. Though the World Health Organization’s definition is accepted globally as the standard definition of health, it is found that the concept of health is associated with several components. The objective of this study is to define health through a holistic and integrative approach. An extensive review is done to give an integrated definition to the term health. After reviewing several definitions and theories of health, it is defined as a complete physical, mental, social and spiritual wellbeing across the life span right from the conception till the end of life filled with three gunas and covered by four ecological nested systems overflowing with energy, life and productivity without any infirmity.
