Students will learn about the hardware components of a computer system, including input and output devices, primary and secondary storage, and the system unit. They will do this through reading their textbook, classroom discussion, and completing an online assignment about input and output devices. Some of the key hardware components discussed are the system unit, power supply, keyboard, mouse, monitor, printer, hard drive, floppy disk, CD/DVD drives, and flash drives.
