1) The document discusses tools for preventing injuries and promoting quick recovery for soccer players, including video analysis and biomechanical testing.
2) Biomoove conducts video analysis to objectively study athlete biomechanics and create individualized training protocols to improve weaknesses.
3) The protocol includes tests for injury prevention, strength, ideomotor training, and recovery quality. Specific tests analyze hamstring and quadriceps strength, flexibility, postural control, lateral dominance, running and kicking techniques, and knee stability.
Internal and external load in biomechanicsMauro Testa
In this presentation we can see how we can link external to internal load during training. One of the major problem for injuries is overload during training session, to have the possibility to analyze training load with these two different possibility is, from my point of view a great innovation for athletes' safety.
More we study also pitches to create innovation of product on this topic in order to increase also in this area the safety for the player we follow.

Però cosi facendo disconosciamo alcuni aspetti estermamente rilevanti:

5. WHY?
The distance covered during a game of soccer is usually greater
than 11 km . This distance is covered in different modes from
walking, to jogging and sprinting. At a professional level the foot
contacts the ground around 6000 times. A soccer player will
accelerate, decelerate, change direction and jump during a game .
It is the inferior part of the foot that bears most of the body’s
weight. Rapid changes in direction and tackles of high impact are
believed to be the most relevant causes of injury.
SOCCER PLAYERS ARE TRAINED BUT
OFTEN NOT CHECKED AS HUMAN
6. - Recently, in the soccer field, many new surfaces were introduced as an alternative of
the natural ones. The artificial pitches have different characteristics according to
how they are maked and manufactured. This could affect the athletes’ performances
and the physical integrity of their muscular skeletal system.
- Two types of injuries are possible:
1. weight overloading
2. incidents of high impact. It is the first of these two types of trauma that will be
considered during this study, which may be influenced by surface irregularities or
poor conditions.
!
Moreover, many players and trainers
complained about the differences in
playing on them respect to the
perception of the natural surfaces, in
terms of ball speed and bounce angle
WHY?
8. VIDEO ANALYSIS: WHY?
The idea of using this type of investigation
comes from the need to analyze and objectify
the biomechanical point of view, studying in a
scientific way the gesture of the high-level
athlete, the amateur and the subjects
developmental.
9. Create, on the basis of the data collected, the
training protocols individualized and targeted, to
improve the weaknesses highlighted.
We can investigate movement in non invasive
way
We don’t need to stop training
We don’t need a weekly test day
