This document discusses new tools for evaluating injury prevention, recovery from intense training or races, and improving technical skills. Thermal cameras and motion analysis software can quantify warm areas of the body and track recovery after exercise. Eye tracking tests and reaction time tests provide additional data. Functional movement screening assessments evaluate posture and movement patterns. Together, these tools provide objective data to design individualized training plans for enhancement or maintenance, helping improve athletes' self-esteem and motivation to improve.
