The document describes a new B-Flex post system that is patent pending worldwide. The system is intended for use in sports fields, playgrounds, and schools to improve safety and reduce injuries during activities. Initial test results show that the new system reduces shock by about 50% compared to a standard fence. An external certifier conducted laboratory tests to evaluate the new system according to UNI safety norms, and the first results showed the B-Flex post significantly reduces shock.
This document summarizes the anatomy and physiology of venous return from the foot. It describes the five venous systems of the foot and discusses the role of the foot in initiating venous return through the foot pump mechanism during standing and walking. The foot venous system interacts with the calf venous pump system. Certain clinical conditions may be caused by conflicts between the foot and calf pump mechanisms rather than generic pump insufficiency. Maintaining proper foot and calf pump function through posture, footwear and exercise is important for venous return.
This document summarizes research on venous return and how it is affected by various factors in sports. It discusses:
1. How muscle contractions, foot arches, posture, flooring and footwear can impact venous return and pressure gradients.
2. Cycling cadence and forces from running/jumping can greatly increase cardiac output and improve blood flow due to muscle pumps.
3. A new compression stocking is proposed to aid venous return with graduated compression focused on foot arches and using far infrared rays, which research suggests can speed recovery from exercise.

The importance of biomechanics in sport flooringMauro Testa
The document discusses the importance of biomechanics in sports flooring for safety and performance. It provides data from studies analyzing injuries on artificial turf versus natural grass, showing lower injury risks on artificial turf. It also details biomechanical analysis of change of direction movements using sensors to measure ground reaction forces, body motion, and spectral components. Data from a shuttle test on professional soccer players is presented, comparing biomechanical parameters between phases of acceleration, deceleration, cutting, and post-change of direction acceleration. The importance of considering pelvis motion during biomechanical analysis is emphasized.
Però cosi facendo disconosciamo alcuni aspetti estermamente rilevanti:
BioMovie Video Analysis software allows users to insert a perspective grid into a video taken from a stationary camera to measure distances and speeds within the video frame. The software's Target tool tracks a subject and provides numerical data on their position, speed, acceleration, and distance traveled over time that can also be displayed as a moving graph overlaying the video.

Run, Change of Direction, Acceleration and Deceleration studied with Inertial...Mauro Testa
Run, change direction, acceleration and deceleration are basic movement in many sports, which forces are involved? How we can improve our athletes safety?
The document discusses the role of the foot in cycling biomechanics. It notes that the foot is one of three points of constraint for the cyclist on the bike, connected via a cleat. It explores analyzing ankle mobility to understand knee and hip movement. Different tools are presented for evaluating foot and lower body movement, including systems that can analyze joint angles and segment angles. Video tracking software can also be used to assess ankle mobility and overall bike biomechanics.
Internal and external load in biomechanicsMauro Testa
In this presentation we can see how we can link external to internal load during training. One of the major problem for injuries is overload during training session, to have the possibility to analyze training load with these two different possibility is, from my point of view a great innovation for athletes' safety.
More we study also pitches to create innovation of product on this topic in order to increase also in this area the safety for the player we follow.
