3. A webpage is a document, typically written in plain
text with formatting instructions of Hypertext
Markup Language (HTML)

4. Colors are specified in style sheets using codes called
hexadecimal codes
The color code has three parts,
RED , GREEN , BLUE
In that order. Different values entered into these three
parts can create any color required
The color code values are as follows:
• FF = 100%
• C0 = 75%
• 80 = 50%
• 40 = 25%
• 00 = 0%

28. An anchor element is called an anchor because
web designers can use it to anchor a web
address to some text on a web page. When
users view the web page in a browser, they can
click the text to activate the link and visit the
page whose web address is in the link. In other
words, it is a bookmark in a website to which
hyperlinks may lead.
