Warehouse Supervisor- HR Management partnership with Business management to implement,
and manage strategies improvement in HR, services such as training. I was in charge of all the
company ongoing training to ensure employees education and success performance in this
organization.
 Motivate the employee was my job to better education 150 employees in new techniques
and best practices.
 Played a role in ensuring the I-9’s were up to date and made sure the job descriptions
were on Monsters.com for all professional’s easy access on applying to this corporation.
 Helped edit the employee’s handbook on FMLA law.
 Helped in the employee’s incentives by voting for changes on the sick leave pool.
