Michelle Howland graduated from the University of North Dakota (UND) with a B.B.A. in Management and recently completed her M.S. in Human Resources Management from Capella University. Her introduction to HR began in her first job as an HR Intern for Hibbing Taconite Company (Cliffs Natural Resources), an 8 MLT iron ore mining, beneficiating, and pelletizing facility through Our Gang Staffing. In 2010, she joined the HR team as an HR Administrator at Hibbing Taconite Company. Michelle is passionate about educating employees regarding the importance of wellness in the workplace.
