 Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing,
recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee
leaves of absence for all Pharmacy employees.
 Revise schedules when required due to design changes, labor, backlogs, or other
interruptions, collaborating with management, construction companies, and industrial
engineering.
 Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job
applicants
 Complete all safety and compliance training with all float/ Intern personnel. Administer
systems and programs to increase safety as well as internal and external customer service.
 Confer with supervisors, senior leader, Divisional VP’s and other personnel to assess
progress and discuss needed changes.
