techniques are presented by using existing techniques such as Singular value decomposition,
wavelet difference reduction (WDR) and Adaptive wavelet difference reduction (ASWDR). The
SVD has been taken as a standard technique to hybrid with WDR and ASWDR. Firstly SVD is
combined with WDR (SVD WDR) and after that it is combined with its advance version that is
ASWDR (SVD ASWDR) in order to achieve better image quality and higher compression rate.
These two techniques are implemented or tested on several images and results are compared in
terms of PSNR, MSE and CR.

Life on earth began in the early Archean and fossilized organisms became far more abundant

Three billion years ago there was no traces of oxygen in the atmosphere, this caused no life to be
able to live on earth. At around 2.4 billion years, oxygen was beginning to be released in the
oceans as photosynthesis began in cyanobacteria. This process caused the gas levels to slowly
grow and eventually made up 1% of the earth s atmosphere at around 2 Bya. By 800 Mya,
oxygen levels reached around 20% which let organisms to slowly breathe to life. This spike in
oxygen also caused the earth s surface to be shielded from solar radiation. This was the start of the
first unicellular organisms.
The first multicelled animals started appearing in the records of fossils around 600 million years
ago. Fossils found at this time were known as Ediacarans and showed a very important time of
evolution for earth. Ediacara fauna was specifically named after the Ediacara hills in South
Australia in which they were discovered in the early 1900 s. These organisms even predate the
explosion of life forms at the beginning of the Cambrian

Walt Disney s The Lion King opens with a magnificent introduction to the forthcoming King of the
Pride Lands, providing the audience with an impression of the intriguing journey that is on the
verge of unfolding. As the story progresses, it becomes evident that Simba is in the midst of a
quest. Such evidence is portrayed in the film through his possession of heroic qualities, such as
courage, love, and perseverance. In addition, the process of undergoing trials, receiving aid, fighting
enemies, and succeeding at attaining the treasure sought, contributes towards sanity and morality
within him (Myth of a Quest: an Archetype). Therefore, in the film The Lion King, Simba s journey
would be considered a quest for sanity and morality since throughout the film the main character
deals with a darker evil side, comes to terms with some kind of personal integration and reaches a
self understanding.
In the beginning of the narrative, a portrayal of various characters and their relationships with
Simba demonstrates their contribution towards Simba s ability to comprehend the existence of a
darker, evil side. First, the jealousy emanated by the antagonist, Scar, towards the position that
Mufasa upholds in the kingdom, provides an insight to the evil Simba faces. Consequently, as a
young child, Simba understands the difference between good and evil through the juxtaposition
