21. Dropbox page will look like this.

22. Sign-in, at this part of the page.

24. or Gmail account if you have one that is
active.

25. If email will be used, encode the following
information.
Name

28. Tick the Dropbox terms box

29. Click sign-up for free.

30. If you have an existing Gmail account, you
can use sign-up with Google.

31. Which will show your active Gmail
accounts.

32. After selecting the account, it will advise up to
what extent will the App access.

33. Upon agreeing, select the allow button.

34. It will prompt to this page

35. asking to put your password for your
Dropbox account.

36. Agree on the Dropbox terms

37. then click sign-up.

38. Your next screen will show this
information.

39. Select the download icon.

40. Now click the installer as advised, seen on
the lower part of the screen.

41. To completely install, click Run.

42. We are now going to download Dropbox
to our computer.
A window will show asking if you will allow the
program to make changes to your computer, select
Yes.

43. After successful install, your screen will
look like this.

44. Click this.

45. Then your welcome screen will show.
Let’s get started, click the box.

46. Proceed with the preview of what and how
Dropbox will help you. Click next.

50. You will now see on the bottom part your
your screen the Dropbox icon.

51. Shortcut will also be seen in your desktop.

52. You just had successfully set-up your
Dropbox account.

53. Now, let’s start saving files on your
Dropbox.

54. Click on your Dropbox shortcut from your
desktop.

55. Your Dropbox folder will look like this.

56. You can save, copy-paste, delete files on your
Dropbox folder and it will be updated on your
Dropbox account online.

57. Now let’s try saving file to your Dropbox.

58. To save file, you can drag your document
to your Dropbox,

59. or drag the document inside the open
Dropbox folder.

60. After successfully saving, your folder will now
show the document inside the folder.

61. Now, let’s create your Dropbox account.

62. Click the Dropbox icon at the bottom part
of your screen.

63. Upon clicking, it will show this box.

64. Click on open Dropbox.com to connect and
open your online Dropbox account.

65. Your online account will now be pulled up
where you can see your saved item.

66. To fully complete the sign-up process, check out
the email used for the sign-up and verify email.

67. After verifying the email, it will show this
screen, then click done.

68. You will then be lead to your Dropbox
main page online account.

69. Let’s learn how to share files.

70. From your Dropbox online account

71. select on the file to share

72. and click Share.

73. Add in here the email addresses to whom
you wish to share the file to.

74. Add on the email address you want, one or
more will do.

75. There’s also an option for feedback about
your file that can be selected.

76. You can also add messages for the file that
you want to share.

77. Click Share to complete the process.

78. Let’s add folders on your Dropbox online
account.

79. From your main page check on the icon where
you can see new folder upon hovering the
mouse over.

80. Click and name the new folder for your
Drobox account.

81. To add file, drag the file to the folder.

82. As you can see the document was now
added on the folder.

83. You can add more than one folder and organize
them according to category to what is
convenient for you.

84. Now let’s learn how to share folder from
your Dropbox account.

85. From the Dropbox online account.

86. Select the folder you want to share and click the
Share icon at the right side.

87. It will lead you to this screen.

88. Encode the email address to whom you’ll
share the folder.

89. Alike of sharing a file, you can also send a
message along with sharing the folder.

90. Then click Share.

91. Edit or make changes on the file saved on
your Dropbox.

92. From your Dropbox account

93. Select the file to make changes on.

94. You can view your file content by clicking
the name on file.

95. Edit the document by selecting between
the options here.

96. Edit your document here and save.

97. Your Dropbox account will automatically update
the latest change made.

98. By right clicking on the file at your Dropbox
account you may update according to what you
further need.
