2. How to make Fried rice
Ingredient
• 250 gr. Shelled prawns • Vegetable oil
• 2 garlic clove • 2 leeks

3. • Chili Sauce • A bowl or rice
• Sweet soy sauce • Eggs

4. Equipment
• A wok
• A roasting spit
• Spoon
• Bowl
• Knife

5. Steps
• First heat the oil in a wok, after that add 250 Grams
Prawns to the wok and cook up to 3 minutes. Then put
shrimps into the bowl

6. Second heat the oil in a wok than add crush
garlic, Chili sauce and leek , after that stir it.

7. • Third add prawns and stir it until they are well
mixed, then add a bowl of rice and mix it
again.

8. • Fourth add sweet soy sauce and mix it. after
that you can serve it in a bowl or plate

9. • Fifth grap an egg and crak the egg middle of
wok then cook it.
