This document provides a recipe for homemade pizza, including instructions to make the dough from flour, water, olive oil, yeast and salt. The dough is allowed to rise before being rolled out and topped with favorite sauces and toppings. Several topping ideas are suggested, such as smiling pizza with mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, peppers and olives; clown pizza with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, tomato sauce and pepperoni; ant pizza with mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, peppers, olives and pepperoni; and smiling broccoli pizza with mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, peppers, tomato and broccoli. 2. Ingredients
Pizza dough
We need:
3 ½ cups flour 1 cup warm water ½ cup olive oil ½ tea spoon salt
2 packages active dry yeast

3. Directions
1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until
creamy, about 10 minutes.
2. In a large bowl put the flour, olive oil, salt and yeast mixture.
Stir well to combine until the dough is smooth and compact.
3. Cover and rise until doubled in volume.
4. Preheat oven to 180 ºC degrees
