should be trained, why do we still need to track the
member education cycle?
A: After the first 4 weeks, we must plan for the possibility of
demotivation. Education is not just about telling people
how to do their work, it’s also about learning about
yourself, and how to handle situations when things get
tough. As a result, the MEC must continue and focus
adaptation to the LC’s reality - what do members need as
the semester goes on? .
Q: When should we implement the MEC?
A: There are a number of different ways that the MEC can be
implemented. It can be via LCMs, portfolio meetings, team
meetings and even separate training days.
