Member Education Cycle
What is MEC?
The MEC is a TM initiative to plan,
predict and adapt to the member
journey with the purpose of
enhancing their performance in
their respective portfolio.

TMP MEC & TLP MEC
At the beginning of the semester, a TM
member will co-create the MEC with
the VP and TLs. In order to effectively
implement the different stages of the
MEC, TM members need to be on the
same page as the team they are
responsible for.

- Use different ways to implement MEC.
Is MEC sufficient?
-Follow up on member performance after MEC
implementation and make improvements.

Q: After the first 4 weeks max, I feel like everyone in the LC
should be trained, why do we still need to track the
member education cycle?
A: After the first 4 weeks, we must plan for the possibility of
demotivation. Education is not just about telling people
how to do their work, it’s also about learning about
yourself, and how to handle situations when things get
tough. As a result, the MEC must continue and focus
adaptation to the LC’s reality - what do members need as
the semester goes on? .
Q: When should we implement the MEC?
A: There are a number of different ways that the MEC can be
implemented. It can be via LCMs, portfolio meetings, team
meetings and even separate training days.
